Stayed May 26, 2024We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this charming home in Monument, CO just one block from the town center and 15 minutes from USAFA. The house was immaculate. The outdoor deck is quite private and a good size for five adults. There was plenty of room in the driveway for parking five cars. The location was incredibly convenient, with a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The well-maintained house and beautiful garden made for a lovely atmosphere. The top-notch service made our stay extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this beautifully appointed home/getaway with convenience and charm. Thank you for a great stay, Tim, Julie, and Kevin!

Stayed Oct 28, 2023This spot was fantastic! Super close to all the cute little shops in downtown Monument. We could walk to the lake, the Santa Fe Trail, and just explore the neighborhood very easily. The inside was clean and cute. Great organization in the closets and nice accent touches. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 2, 2023123 Washington in Monument is a great place. Recently remodeled and redecorated. A short walk to the Trails End Tap room, Fiesta's Mexican Restaurant, a bistro, a coffee shop and at least 2 wedding venues that we saw. Owners are very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jun 18, 2023If this home is available, book it! It was incredibly clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, loaded with amenities and felt like home right away. Mornings on the deck sipping coffee is a must and was definitely one highlight of our stay. There is a train that comes through during the week but you can only hear it when outside so it’s no issue for sleeping. Communication was easy and the host did a great job of making recommendations as well as checking in after a storm passed through without being intrusive. We truly had an amazing stay and will check availability upon our next trip to Colorado.
