Stayed Dec 26, 2025I booked this for my adult children and granddaughter. Upon arriving, we found that the apartment had not been cleaned - hairs everywhere.A piece of toilet paper found in the main bed. Mold in the washer, and rusted shelving. There was also something (air conditioning?) in the main room that was not in any of the pictures. In fact, this unit looked nothing like the pictures. I contacted the owner, who was very apologetic, but we left after one night and went to a hotel I have contacted her to obtain a refund for the remaining days, but so far no answer to my texts. Very, very disappointing.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Location couldn't be beat. Grandkids didn't stay but visited and loved the backyard and firepit. Very clean and host was responsive. We could have used better television instructions

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We had some difficulties getting in, however, the host took care of it. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the location. I would have liked to have had some coffee in the morning, however all that was available was decaf. My wife enjoyed the bath towels. Iwould have like

Stayed Feb 21, 2024Very comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Nice front porch to sit on. Walking distance to shops & restaurants in downtown Winter Garden. Would definitely recommend.
