1 Mi to Lake Dora: Cottage w/ Shared Yard & Patio!

The cottage (actually an apartment to the rear of the main house) was clean, uniquely decorated and comfortable. It worked out great for two couples. It was really nice to have the kitchenette. We had questions a couple times and Frank responded quickly. The only thing that is a tad misleading is the price per night. Definitely check the figure that includes the fees (housekeeping and booking) which in our case doubled the amount. That being said, it was still a good value. We would stay here again.

Perfect size for our short stay

These accommodations were perfect for us! This cottage is literally walking distance from downtown Mount Dora and accommodated us three girls perfectly. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable.We enjoy playing games...so a spare chair stored somewhere would have been great, but we made due with what the cottage offered. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone who's looking for a quick visit to Mount Dora.

This cottage was cozy and homey. I liked how it didn't have a lot of steps for my 94 year-old father. My pup enjoyed running around in the fenced-in backyard. It certainly met our needs.

Close to town and marina. Very nice

Everything was very clean. Very easy to find. It was enough space for 2 couples for a weekend. The whole property is picture perfect. It was our 1st time in Mt. Dora and we will definitely come back!

The house was perfectly stocked and beautifully decorated. It was big enough that we could all have our own space and sooo peaceful. 11/10 would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area to stay here.

This cottage was perfect for three adults who came for a girls weekend. We used the pull out which was comfortable. The unit is nicely appointed with everything we needed (we did not cook) and the location is a one mile walk to town.

Wonderful location, just a few minutes walk to center of Mount Dora. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchenette was adorable and had everything you could need. Very clean. Secure entry. Beds were comfortable though small, but my husband and I didnt mind not sharing for the week. Easy drive to Disney. Mount Dora is a lovely town.

We (my 3 sisters and I) celebrated my mom's 72nd Birthday with her first trip to Mount Dora. Our stay was lovely, the cottage was super clean and very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy walk to everything downtown with multiple really nice outdoor sitting area.

Cottage is within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. Between the main house and cottage there is a breezeway that is very nice to sit in. Too cold out to take advantage of patio and firepit. We stayed at this property for two weeks. Not a full kitchen, so making meals was challenging. House decor was nice. Bedrooms had lots closet space. Beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Plenty of towels/linens. Overall our stay was enjoyable. We would recommend for a great weekend getaway. Location and neighborhood very nice
