Stayed Dec 31, 1969Just spent 4 nights at Hawthorne, and was extremely impressed by both the quality and cleanliness of the accommodation and by the extremely welcoming and friendly Maria. Because of covid, we were very wary about going anywhere this year, but the extreme care that had gone into the preparation of the cottage between guests totally eased my mind. It's so nice to find accommodation that both accepts dogs (yes we took our little one) yet maintains a really high standard of cleanliness. My partner and I will definitely be returning. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Cottage was very well equipped and very clean. We are used to a king size bed at home with a memory foam mattress so the standard size bed with sprung mattress took a bit of getting used to, but we slept OK from second night on. The owner was very friendly and helpful and there was a relaxed feeling about the venue. Surroundings were very pleasant. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had a lovely holiday this was our second stay in the cottage lovely and clean everything you needed in the cottage Maria the. Owner is so lovely. And helpfull .and poppy. ( there dog) calls to say hello we are definitely booking again

Stayed Dec 31, 1969fantastic bungalow,niceand peaceful,maria and steve are the perfect hosts,we were told of dog friendly places and a beach within ten minutes drive,will hopefully be going back next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have spent a lovely week at this cottage, I would definitely recommend, the house is tidy, comfortable, spacey, just good for a perfect holiday.
