There are not enough superlatives to describe how beautiful this cottage is. My wife and I stayed for a week, and it is simply stunning. It needs for nothing, and it is super cozy, warm and quiet. It is a 5 min drive into Fort William, or maybe 30-40 min walk, via Inverlochy. The view from the living room and bedroom windows is of Ben Nevis. The owner was there to greet us upon our arrival, and explained everything, including the operation of the central heating. There was even a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge, thank you, and much needed after a 6 hour drive.

Absolutely loved our time at Fyvie Cottage. Very spacious for a couple with everything provided. Including towels, toiletries, kitchen cleaning stuff. Nice touch with a bottle of wine and box if chocolates on arrival. No hesitation in recommending to others. Just could do with slightly better directions on how to find the cottage. Loved it... Great views of Ben Nevis. Great hub for visiting other places of interest too... Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Nice comfortable clean cottage in a great location. Friendly owners on site. Minor criticism; since there’s no dishwasher it could do with more drinking mugs and WiFi would be a great boon. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Really nice place to stop. At the foot of Ben Nevis the view is quite a spectacle. Welcomed by the host Mrs Macdonald and a welcome pack which was most welcome thanks. Plenty to do in the area and the accommodation is the beginning of the holiday. This is 5 star accommodation and we were lucky to get a few days of sunshine and almost rain free days. Fyvie Cottage is spacious, well-furnished, comfortable and beautifully kept. It's close enough to Fort William to be handy for shops etc. and far enough away to be very peaceful (just off a minor road that loops of the road to Mallaig). The front windows all look straight out towards Carn Mor Dearg and Ben Nevis, which is not only a glorious view but also a nice easy way of checking whether the tops are clear if you're going out for a mountain walk! The owner, Dawn, is right on hand in case you need anything but the cottage is so well managed that you almost certainly won't. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

In our opinion Fyvie Cottage is the best one we have stayed at. we were greeted at the door by Dawn, the owner, she showed us around and she is very friendly and welcoming. the cottage is spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfortable and for a one bedroomed cottage it is very spacious. the views of Ben Nevis, when the clouds lifted, were fantastic. the area is lovely. it is easy to drive to anywhere we wanted to go. we can not say enough about Fyvie. BRILLIANT 10++++ Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
