Part of a row of traditional fisherman's cottages in Downalong St Ives, close to the beaches, harbour and shops. This upstairs cottage has been modernised and has a light open plan feel. The living room has double doors and a hideaway bed, which can easily convert into a comfortable second double bedroom.

Entrance up one flight of granite steps to the front door and up a further flight to: Lounge with TV and DVD player with a sliding wall revealing a 4ft 6in hideaway bed. Double doorsto Kitchen/Diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and small TV. Steep stairs to Upper Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and folding 3ft bed. Bathroom including large corner shower, bath, wc and wash basin built into the dormer window.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.2 ml.


NOTES: No pets. No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies.
