Set in a shared courtyard, the apartment has two steps leading down into an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The lounge area has aSmart TV. The bedroom has a 5ft bed and a stable door which gives access to the shared courtyard. In the wet room is a large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
