Zenful Villa - Beachfront with Private Pool, Private Beach Access & Gulf Views

This was a great property. It had private beach access and only had to walk about 50 yards and we were on the stairs to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Zenfull Villa! David was very helpful and great with communication. The condo was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. There were many thoughtful touches and it was well-stocked with things we usually have to bring for ourselves. The location was awesome to beach, restaurants and shops. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed every moment!

This is an awesome property. The owner also does an awesome job. Great communicator. Checked on us to see how everything was. Sent detailed info on the condo & surrounding area, websites to look at for beachcams & things to do in area… The condo itself is very nice. Kitchen is spacious & has everything you need to make any meal. All organized very neatly in drawers & cabinets. Nice living room with comfortable couches, & a big screen TV. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.Beach access was very close. Walk to the side of the complex & through the gate. About 1 minute & you are at the beach. Seaside was about a mile from the condo. We either walked or rode our bikes there everyday. Had muffins everyday at the Monica Market in Seaside. Had 2 great meals at Bayou Bills, & Amicis Italian restaurant. You are close to everything, even Publix.This is our 2nd. time staying at this condo. Very clean, & I’m a stickler for that. Awesome condo & location. Would definitely stay here again if I had the chance to. I was not paid to write this glowing review, it’s just that nice of a place.

Great condo - comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect location close to the beach!

Nice property with a great view. Ice maker failed the first day but not a big issue as there is a convenience store down the block with ice. Owner filed a claim against the insurance we purchased for the stay for the ice maker, an area rug in the kitchen that was water stained due to ice maker overflowing, and a umbrella (we didn’t use his beach equipment as we brought our own). If you stay here I suggest purchasing the insurance (though I suggest it for all stays everywhere).

Our stay @ Zenfulla was outstanding! The property was clean and had so many extra things we didn't have to purchase, spices, coffee filters, ice machine, etc...Great proximity to the beach and a pool!

We found Zenful Villa even better than expected! It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Although the ocean view is partially obstructed, we felt like we enjoyed the amenities enough to more than make up for it! The kitchen is incredibly stocked, the living area was spacious enough for all of us 5 adults) to relax together at night. The beds are sooooo comfortable!!! It was an incredible week!

The home exceeded every expectation. Great communication with the owner. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The beds and bedding were 10/10. The location is a short 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We could listen to the ocean waves from the porch. Our family had the best time staying at this beautiful home.

We loved Seagrove Beach and David's condo. While the property is not ocean front, it is one row behind the ocean front condos and still has a view of the ocean and very easy beach access. The parking is actually more easily accessible for this condo, and it overlooks the pool. The beach is gorgeous and accessible via a private door on the property. David was very prompt with replies to any questions. We will definitely be back!

The property is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing 30A vacation!Helpful hint: Take the owner up on his offer to rent his beach chairs and umbrellas. You will have to carry them to the beach and set the up, but cheaper than renting from the company who has service the beach.

Loved host's attention to detail to feel at home - guidebook for area, beach chairs & umbrellas, well-stocked & labeled kitchen, a/c in kids loft, etc. Perfect location to comfortably journey back & forth to make most of beach time - morning, noon and night.

Very nice place. We loved our stay. It accommodated our family of six very well.

The owner was very responsive to our questions. We loved the well appointed and very organized kitchen! Everything was labeled so you knew exactly where it goes. The location was convenient and the space super clean. We hope to return again.

Had a great time, only thing was the stairs to the beach which host had no control over it. We were all in our 60's and will need less steps next year

You could make a gourmet meal in that kitchen! The condo was very spacious with lots of storage. The beach and pool were pristine!

Good location and prices but was not directly on the beach as I thought although we had ocean views. I like to walk out of my condo and be on the beach, I had to walk through a parking lot and scene was blocked bc of another condo between us and ocean. But overall great stay.
