RESERVATIONS: Guests can now make Online Reservations using VRBO. Please note all Online Bookings will remain subject to review and acceptance by the management company for this property. Guests will receive a copy of the Rental Agreement for this property via Docusign within 24 Hours of making a Reservation. Guests must review, execute and return the Rental Agreement within 72 hours of booking.

OCCUPANCY: Property occupancy standards are mandated by Fire Codes and legal Homeowner's directives. The maximum allowed occupancy of Palms 1-206 permits a maximum of up to (4) persons (including small children and infants).

Occupancy standards are defined as being the number of persons permitted to be present inside this property at any given time. Violation of the stated occupancy for this property will result in the termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid.

AMENITIES: Use of community amenity features (Pool, Fishing Pier or Gazebo) requires the user to have reservations in the Sunset Harbor Palms community. Guests of Sunset Harbor Villas are not permitted to use the amenity features of the Sunset Harbor Palms community.

PETS: Guests are prohibited from having pet animals present. Guest violations will result in the immediate termination and allowed occupancy of the property along with Guest forfeiture of all monies paid.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, the management company for this property reserves the right to substitute a comparable property. Should a comparable property not be available the Guest will be entitled to a full refund of all monies received.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly prohibited inside this property. Guest violation of the smoking policy stated will result in the immediate termination and allowed occupancy of the property. Guest violations will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid by Guest.

    What a well kept secret! We were blown away by the view of the bay from our balcony.This condo has everything you would need and then some….pool, pier, quiet cabana and a short walk to the gulf.

    My husband and I liked the condo and had an amazing view! Could get a little noisy at times because your right above the pier and gazebo but all in all nice location. Condo is very nice, good bathroom but we would have preferred the floor grout to be cleaned and bed was super soft but cozy. Would stay here again ?

    The unit was actually super clean very nice location away from the hustle and bustle to make it a very relaxing vacation. The check at the Regency’s complex was not very pleasant. The gentleman was very critical of Sunset Harbors which had us thinking we picked the wrong place. But he just must had a bad day, because the place was absolutely wonderful! The other problem with the Recency was after we got home we discovered we had left our Firestick remote in the unit. Called the Regency. They said someone else had already checked in the unit which we understand but then I got a call back in about a week that they have retrieved the remote and was going to mail it to us well here it is another week plus and we have not received the remote yet. Yes we are paying for the postage. Again, Sunset, Harper‘s and the unit we rented was a very pleasant stay!

    Nice and convenient from Navarre. Has everything needed for our stay. Comfortable condo for two people. Great view of the Sound from the back covered porch. Will keep in mind for future trips to Navarre.

    We wanted a place for a quiet, relaxing time and this was perfect. Quiet area, laid back community but close enough to shopping, restaurants. Property is a short walk from the beach and includes access to private fishing pier on the bay.

    I loved the view from this balcony. I did appreciate the separate bedroom because we had a grandchild sleeping on the sleeper. very comfortable and spacious for us, 2 adults and 1 child. The elevator was convenient to this unit also.
