Stayed Oct 4, 2025Didn't have use of balcony due to construction but knew it upfront. Beach, location, shopping and food is always good. We are all seniors, one member of our group can't get to the beach due to mobility so no use of balcony was sad. It was still a great and fun trip. Already looking forward to next year!

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Condo was on the 7th floor. Really nice place - well furnished and very clean. Has a huge furnished patio. Beach was clean. The building was secure and quiet. No complaints. The hosts did a great job providing the information.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025The condo was perfect for my small family (husband, wife, tween daughter).It’s in close proximity to Walmart and several beach shops which makes it easy to make a quick purchase.The condo has several luggage carts on the ground level near the elevators, which makes hauling luggage a little easier.The large windows allow for the perfect beach views. The patio and patio furniture are perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything worked as expected.Easy access to the beach. We took advantage of the complementary beach service that came with this rental. The Long Beach Resort had mostly families and older adults staying at the property in early April.I would love to come back.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Bill our host is an awsome guy. This is the first time my family has used vrbo. Bill made it a painless experience. The condo is beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for the week from cooking utensils to dishes. The condo has a large balcony with some of the best views on the strip. The unit is on the 7th floor which is just the right height for dolphin watching. The property has 2 very nice pools and hot tubs. One is small with depths from 3ft to 5 1/2ft the large pool is a lagoon style with islands and water falls in the middle ranging from 3ft to 6ft with a small bar and resturant that plays music located poolside. there was never a time we couldent get chairs by the pool. Property is located at the end of the front beach rd next to thomas drive away from the busiest part of the strand so getting in and out was usually pretty easy. Over all great experience very happy with the property and bill our host. This will be our new go to for the years to come. Thanks bill
