Your Kihei Kai Nani Home! Comfortable and Quiet

Property was okay. Felt like it could be cleaner. Carpet had many stains and there were several dead bugs lying around. Location was nice and right across from the beach with a quick walk. Everything was pretty much within a 15-20 minute drive for the most part.

Very nice condo, full of extra amenities (beach chairs, sun umbrella , coolers, beach towels , fully equipped kitchen, even nice shower shampoos …etc). The location was very central in Kihei, perfect for a first time visit to Maui, loved our stay.

This condo is very nice. Side windows allow good airflow - even though it was 28 C out we didn't use the air conditioner at all. We really enjoyed the large lanai, and made good use of the laundry rack. Ground floor meant no stairs!

Great location and had all the amenities we were looking for! Had a wonderful time in Maui!

It has everything you need! Oh and ‘twas cozy too! Jack and the staff are awesome!! I’d definitely come back here in the future :-)

A nice condo stocked with beach toys and a fully stocked kitchen with plates and utensils etc. You need just buy the food. WE liked it a lot. We did wish it had AC as its super hot in Kihei in August, but the ceiling fans and extra large square fan kept us cool at night. We could walk to restaurants, the beach and bars with ease (5 minuters) The pool was fun. The property had a well maintained outside area with BBQ's. Thank you.

Rented for 5 days. Arrived with a cooler and shade tent to enjoy the beautiful beaches on Maui. Surprised and delighted to find hallway closet stocked with several larger coolers, beach chairs and beach umbrellas! Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, knives, etc.

The host is very communicative, considerate and friendly. We had a wonderful vacation in this condo! It is stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever need. The bed is very comfortable, the AC is cold (but who needs it?) although we did have it on for a few hours at night, but other than that, we let the breeze do it’s thing. The lanai is the star of this place. We could not wait to get out there every morning for a coffee. (Even a peekaboo view of the ocean and a couple sunsets) Restaurants, shops and beaches surround this place, all walking distance. The location is outstanding. More than an adequate amount of parking spaces. Looking forward to next year!

Our condo complex was in an excellent location, across the street from Kihei's Kamaole Beach II, and our unit was very comfortable. Appliances, dishes, cookware, and beach amenities were very well supplied. The bed was comfortable and our unit was very quiet, located at the back of the complex, away from street noise. We only needed to contact the owner/host once, and he replied almost immediately.

Clean and as described. Furniture dated and a bit uncomfortable. Good value overall.

We had a great time during our 9-day stay. Everything was as expected. If I could request anything, it would be sharper knives and some cake pans! :) It was super quiet and we loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops.

Unit is tucked up away from the street at the back of the complex. It is quiet and makes it feel more private. Also and end unit which makes it feel like there is much more outdoor space. Kitchen has everything you would need. Everything is close to walk to. The curtains and linens could use a little love and it is an island so there were quite a few more geckos and bugs in the unit than i was expecting, but not enough to be too unpleasant. I reached out to the owner about both and he was very responsive. Would stay again!

We spent a wonderful week here in late January. Yes, there were some tiny red ants now and then, and one or two small geckos from time to time - no worries. Quiet location back from the main road, yet just a short walking distance to the beach. Easy to carry the provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, even a cooler. Kitchen was well stocked with all you need, including coffee and a water filter pitcher; just bring your groceries. Very nice shower. Check-in process was straight-forward and exactly as carefully explained. Owner communication was excellent, and local facility staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended!

The location was great, right in the middle of Kihei. Nice property with pool, laundry, etc. Lots of room in the condo. The carpet and drapes were old and a bit rough, but it seemed clean so we were happy. Owner answered our questions when we arrived. It was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of parking. We would stay there again if in Maui.

Everything was as advertised. Price was in relation to amenities.

We had a lot of tiny ants all over. I called the owner and he sent someone over right away. It was the day before Thanksgiving. He then had an exterminator came in. He was in contact with me right away.
