Absolutely a 10 out of 10! Our first time staying on Anna Maria Island and we loved every minute! Especially due to this beautiful, cozy, idyllic, homey condo. Perfectly decorated and very comfortable. Not to mention the view. The balcony is right across from the beach access with a perfect view of the Gulf. Great spot for morning coffee and even saw some dolphins from there. Christine and Victor are great hosts. Almost immediate responses to questions and they didn’t miss a beat when stocking the condo with what you might need while there. Plus a great pool with a very convenient restroom/laundry facility right in the pool yard! We even had the pool to ourselves the first couple days but also loved sharing it with the other fun guests. Can’t wait to come again!

We have been staying in AMI for years and have stayed at several places there and this one is ranked with the best of them!

The unit was adorable and had an amazing view of the beach across the street. It was a bit busy at this end of town but very convenient to both ends of the island! Beach was amazing with awesome sunsets. Love AMI

This condo was perfect for our girls get away. It was comfortable, great beachy decor, wonderful view and great location. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay! We hope to return to Anna maria island and to this confo.

We loved staying at Sun Isle 4. It was very clean and well equipped with good WiFi and air conditioning. Its location so close to the beautiful beach was fantastic. We loved walking down the beach to the restaurants on Bridge Street (about 20 mins). All in all we had a wonderful break. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay in your beautifully decorated condo. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, from towels and cooking essentials to beach gear. The place was spotless, and we absolutely loved the pool and its amenities. The location couldn’t have been better. Thank you for sharing your wonderful oasis with us!

Everything was exactly as advertised. The property was perfect for a long weekend getaway to enjoy some sunshine, beach and baseball. Definitely a perfect option for a longer stay as the property was equipped with everything you could need to call the place home. Can’t say enough good things. Chris and Amy

We had a blast on our first trip to AMI and appreciated staying in this well appointed unit very much! Clean, tastefully decorated and relaxing condo with easy beach access directly across the street! Excellent and responsive communication with the owner all the way through the process. We will be back!!

We had a great time, this place is pretty much right in the middle of the island. It is about 1 minute from the beach. The pool is heated and is a nice little area.Would stay again! everything we needed

The facility was clean, updated, and perfect location. The beds were comfortable and parking was convenient. The decor was adorable. Loved the small balcony off the front. Hosts communication was top notch. Liked that it had a pool but we never used it. Unfortunately the other families staying in the three other units were large groups and made using the commons areas difficult. Wish these units would be limited to the number of family members residing.
