Spend the day at the beach within steps on the unit. If you are truly fortunate, a viewing of a monk seal on the beach, is a treat. Although the unit does not have air conditioning, it does have new ceiling fans throughout, including on the lanai, when a bit of additional cooling is desired. Comfortable lanai chairs and table for the total experience of living in a tropical paradise.

Parking is just a few feet from your front door providing ease of access for all. No stairs necessary to enter unit.
