Welcome to NamaStay, perfectly situated near the crossroads of Church Ave and Mendenhall St., right at 104 N. Church in the charming heart of historic Downtown Bozeman! Nestled on the upper level of the building, this unit boasts a private exterior access door and a delightful petite balcony complete with comfy patio furniture – your personal spot to unwind and soak in the atmosphere.

Being a part of a quaint 5-unit condo building, NamaStay offers bedrooms that are snug and efficient in size, emphasizing comfort over extravagance. What makes them truly unique is the absence of TVs – a conscious decision to provide a space for guests to unwind from the constant stream of visual stimulation, promoting a genuine sense of detox and relaxation.

Upstairs unit of a two-level, offering a private access door for contactless entry. There is access to a balcony on the main floor including outdoor seating and a grill.

Guests shall receive access to the unit on the day of arrival by lock code. Remote customer service is available 24/7. To reach us, please respond to our emails and text messages. For repairs and maintenance, please let us know of the issue as soon as possible. Please note that repairs and NON-EMERGENCIES will be scheduled during regular business hours between 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. In the event you have a property EMERGENCY please message us immediately. For all medical and other emergencies please call 911.

Located in the heart of Downtown Bozeman, VRBozeman`s properties offer something for everyone. In the warmer months you can explore the mountains, fly fish on world renowned rivers and streams, mountain bike on miles of trails and enjoy several other outdoor activities. In the winter you are 45 minutes from the largest ski resort in America, Big Sky and 15 minutes from the local hill Bridger Bowl. There is Nordic skiing, snow shoeing, ice climbing, hunting, snowmobiling and much more. If you need a break from the outdoors don’t fret. Bozeman has amazing eateries, shops, nightlife and offers a rich arts and cultural experience with a number of galleries, museums and historical points of interest. This area is perfect for a family getaway, a romantic vacation, or even a solo trip. Come and explore all that the vibrant city of Bozeman has to offer!

All VRBozeman properties are conveniently located just a block away from Main Street Bozeman making getting around very easy. If you do not have a car during your visit, it is convenient to utilize Uber/Lyft. If you are looking for speedier way around town there are Bird scooters for public use. Downtown Bozeman is very walkable so if you are looking to stay around Main Street walking around can be the best way to make sure you don’t miss a thing!

Video Cameras and Noise Monitoring
Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.

We take your privacy and security seriously, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. If you have any concerns or questions about our security measures, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have a memorable experience.

When booking our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Full Refund
A guest is eligible for a full refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes if the cancellation is completed within forty-eight (48) hours of booking AND at least fourteen (14) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time.
2. Partial Refund
If the above conditions are not met, but the cancellation is completed at least seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, the guest will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes.
3. No Refund
Cancellations made less than seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, early departures, or unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
4. Merchant of Record – Payment Processing Fees
For all reservations where we are the merchant of record, all refunds are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee equal to four percent (4%) of the total transaction amount, regardless of the timing or reason for cancellation. This fee reflects third-party payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained on all cancellations, including those that otherwise qualify for a full or partial refund under this policy.
5. Third-Party Platform Fees
When a reservation is processed through a third-party booking platform, platform service fees and any other non-accommodation charges are governed by that platform’s policies and are not controlled or refunded by us.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy:
When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. If the Host is impacted by an event covered by this Policy they can cancel without adverse consequences, but, depending on the circumstances, their calendars may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation.

What events are covered:
This Policy uses the term “Event” to refer to the following situations that occur after booking, are unforeseen at the time of booking, and prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation.

Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.

Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii.

Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.

Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.

Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location—for example, hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in Florida.

What is not covered: Everything else.

    This property is just as advertised.It is clean, well maintained, and has everthing you need to cook a great meal in. It is also great for walking to everything even in the winter. The host was in contact prior to arrival, followed up once we arrived, and confirmed all was ok before we left. I highly recommend this rental. Thanks for a great trip to Bozeman!!

    Great space! Beautifully decorated and has everything you may think about in the kitchen. Did laundry and everything worked well. Location is perfect—one block away from Main Street in downtown, walkable to all sorts of shops, bars, and restaurants. Street parking was readily and easily available right in front of the unit. Only about 10-15 from Bozeman Airport. Most definitely recommend!!

    We will be back. Location is insane. So clean looked brand new. Had every kitchen appliance on planet. Subtle touches all yhrough yhe place. Super active and accomodating hosts. Big TV. Thick luxury towels. List goes on and on. A winner!

    We stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding. The apartment is clean and beautiful, with great natural light. There is a a space to do yoga/weight lifting that was perfect. The kitchen is well-equipped and also lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

    This is a beautiful place to stay - spacious, clean, good beds, quiet, very well appointed. Easy street parking right in front. The location couldn't have been better for walking the couple blocks to main street and all the restaurants, breweries, etc.

    This is by far the best VRBO we've ever rented. The condo was perfectly appointed with everything you can imagine. The glassware included every type of wine glass, copper mule cups, martini glasses, champagne flutes and shooters...everything! The finishes are high quality, the beds are comfortable, and there was plenty of room to host a family gathering. We will definitely rent this lovely condo again.

    Super comfortable space, fully equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor deck, quiet building & street, One block off Main so walked everywhere. All the great Bozeman restaurants & spots easy to get to. Street parking was fine, easy check in and responsive, proactive management. Excellent place to stay in Bozeman - highly recommended!

    The stay here was great. The house was clean and the service from the host was the best I have experienced. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to all the restaurants downtown. They even had light weights and yoga mats so we could get a quick exercise in when we weren’t hiking or out. Overall, I highly recommend.
