Property management was great! This is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. The huge balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and listening to the waves at night. The condo is so well kept, updated, clean, easy to get to, etc. We probably enjoyed the deck area the most. Perfect view of the ocean, great size and a lot of quality seating. Benchmark Property Management team is always available to answer you needs and provides instant answers to any questions you might have. Parking this year changed to 1 parking pass which is a bit confusing. It says its OK to park a second car in any unnumbered space. However since there is only 1 pass, you might get a warning issued by the Condo council. The 1st parking space is under cover under the building The amenities here are great with a 24ft. Balcony, Pool, and quick walk to the beach. Can't wait to book next year.

It is spacious and clean, and the central air (other units have small a/c units) is super appreciated! My favorite spot is the balcony overlooking the ocean. It's wonderful! Unfortunately, all the cushioned furniture on the balcony was soaked so it couldn't be used the whole week. The higher chairs and table are comfortable enough, though. Also, we were given an incorrect code for the gate (exit/entrance to/from the beach and pool). Thank goodness another guest was there to help us! I had the pool to myself for an hour one day, and that was so peaceful! Thank you!

Condo is clean, well maintained, and with a location steps from the beach, so convenient for carrying chairs/umbrellas. The building has a nice pool as well. Loved this condo and will be coming back in the future!
