You will be a short mile from the Snow Park Lodge where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and of course, endless mountain adventures, no matter the season. If you want to get on the free bus that can take you throughout the town, the bus stop is just a couple of blocks away!



This home offers three levels of luxury living, 1,600 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests.



Entering this condo through the front door, you will step directly into the great room that holds the living room, kitchen and dining areas — with this main living area featuring vaulted ceilings and numerous windows bringing in an abundance of natural light and surrounding views.

    Really enjoyed our stay - only nitpicky comment was that the hot tub was really close to neighbors, so not super private. Other than that small item, it was awesome!

    Very nice property. Well cared for. Very convenient to old town and to skiing at Park City. Multiple free shuttles were very easy to use. Hot tub was great. Garage was handy with direct access to unit. Decent views. Gas fireplace was a nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked.

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property was a bit smaller than it looks online but still comfortable for our family (2 adults, 4 young children). Three complaints: -half the lightbulbs were burned out/not working. -Very drafty on the main level -The walk way to the hot tub area had not been shoveled in days and covered in snow/ice. That walkway became very slippery/dangerous and only got worse the more we used it.

    Great location, hot tub a big plus. However, the HVAC is very uneven. Small bedroom has no supply vent for heat.

    Booked our New Years stay a little late in the season. Lucky this place was available. Walking distance to Park City free bus. 5 minute bus ride or less to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. Walking distance to Main Street. Great restaurants and shops! Townhouse was well equipped and clean and neat!!

    The property was nice and well equipped. The only issue is that there is no patio furniture. During the summer it’s nice to be able to sit outside which we were unable to do. Otherwise the property is a good option for those looking for something off of Main Street but easily accessible to everything in the area. With the above issue resolved I would have given the property 5 stars for satisfaction.
