Year round fun luxury location steps to Village, close to all outdoor activities

Our Host was extremely nice. Our stay was spectacular and the location and accomedations where fantastic.

Group of 15 stayed for three nights. Great property, looks just like if not better than the photos. Couldn't ask for a more convenient location for getting to the mountain. Extremely well stocked, comfortable for the whole group to eat, hang out, sleep. Hosts were extremely communicative & accommodating. They helped us figure out overflow parking & provided clear instructions leading up to our stay. Easy check out process. 10/10 recommend & we're hoping to stay again soon!

We had a group of 13 and this was the perfect space for us! Super convenient and we had a bunch of room! Great hosts as well who were super communicative.

The best spot to stay in mammoth. Tracy is such a great host. We come w/ a group every summer and it’s perfect for us. Lots of space, we love the game room and indoor poor.

Plenty of space, no sharing bathrooms!! Easy walk to everything!

Place and location is good . But bathrooms have issues which is reported to owner and they confirmed to fix it

Terrific almost ski in ski out location via village gondola

We stayed here with 3 couples and total of 5 eight year olds. The place was great and accommodated us all. The place is 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor and the bunk room in a loft on the 3rd floor. I didn’t pay attention that it didn’t have a door for privacy, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The stairwells to the upper and lower floor are very narrow. We appreciated being able to enter both the main and bottom floor from the hall for getting luggage in.The kitchen was very well equipped, maybe better than our home. It was great!The unit itself is extremely close to the Village Gondola and ski rentals. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The kids loved the heated pool, spa and game room. They played in there nightly.The host was great and very responsive!We all had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again.

I have organized an annual group ski trip of family and friends for 15 years. We have stayed at a lot of other places until we found this place. This was our second time staying here and we will be back. Awesome place. Thank you Tracy & Kurt

Great location in the village steps from the gondola. Easy communication w host. Clean and comfortable. Slept 12 easy. 2nd time staying, would definitely stay again.

Location!! Location!! Location!! Wow, this place is perfect for a large group. Plus you are steps away from the Village and Gondola to Canyon Lodge. There is a garage for your vehicle. It was able to fit out 10 passenger van. Place had lots of amenities plus fully stocked with towels, soap, paper towels. We will likely be back for our annual ski trip.

10/10 would recommend! We love staying here, it’s the perfect location. We’ve stayed her about 7 times and fall in love with every year. The indoor pool and game room are a plus. Very close to everything in mammoth, walking distance to the village. The condo itself is lovely. Lots of space. The Host Tracy is the best!

What was good: - The location near north village was really convenient. Lot of restaurants and shuttles nearby. - The indoor pool was great for our large group to relax at the end of the day. - Lot of beds and functional TVs in all rooms. - Functional kitchen and enough utensils to make a quick breakfast. What could have been better: - The winding stairs were hard to navigate. - The building and the apartment appeared quite old and could use a remodel. - The bunk beds were difficult to climb for kids and need some maintenance. - The downstairs toilet appeared dirty, not necessarily due to lack of cleaning but due to age.
