Year-Round Fun in Beech Mountain! Condo w/ Balcony

The condo was really very nice, clean, and well equipped. The problem was property management. Texted, Called and E-mailed before I could get directions and lockbox code. There was a broken handle on one shower, the only way you could adjust temperature was with pliers. The property lists 2 TV's only one worked. I called management left a message and received no response. It's a good we had a pair of pliers we would have had only one shower. They should not list 2 Tv's if only one worked.

Host was very welcoming. Close to skiing and town.

Nice quick stay

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and all the furniture including the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You can’t beat the location. We enjoyed the ski out/in opportunity and seeing the mountain from the living-room/balcony. The condo is also conveniently located near several restaurants and a convenience store. We were there celebrating my son’s 13th birthday as he wanted to try skiing for the first time. He said it was his best birthday yet. I would highly recommend this little gem!

We had an amazing stay. The property manager was nearby and instantly responsive, every amenity we expected was provided and some we didn’t even expect! It easily maintained cozy warmth in every room against extraordinary low temperatures and wind. Would absolutely rent this again!

It was exactly what we wanted, quiet and relaxed. The view was very nice and the rental was great. Made you feel like home. We were close enough to get anything we needed and had a great time.

My husband and I brought our two teenagers to Beech Mountain for some hiking. We found our condo very comfortable and well-stocked with everything needed. The views from the balcony were beautiful, and the location to the downtown area was extremely convenient. The only issue we had was upon leaving. We brought our trash to the Convenient Center for Trash and Recycling as per the owner's request, but we were told we had to have an owner's pass to do so. We did not see a pass at the condo, and none of the info we were given said anything about a pass either. Other than that small issue, our stay was wonderful!

The location was great. The unit was well kept.

Communication was excellent and location was fine. However, when we arrived the closet door in Master was hanging off hinges, shower in master was spraying water all over the bathroom when trying to shower and the air conditioning didn't work. The owner and manager did all they could to help, however, I would expect all this to be checked prior to customer arriving. Very inconvenient.

The home was neat and cozy. It had everything we needed. The view was beautiful of Beech Mountain and the skiers. We had a wonderful time and would recommend and return!

It accommodates our large family easily! Eva was SO sweet and helpful!
