Yampa View Top Floor Corner Condo!

It was spacious. It got very hot upstairs until about 2 am then it started cooling down. Bring a box fan to suck out the hot air. The furniture and appliances are out of date. The beds were a tad bit hard but other than that, great, convenient location and spacious place. Looks just like the pictures!

Very close to the mountain and the shuttle which picked up almost right outside of the door was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good. The only disappointing thing was the gas fireplace was broken and it was after hours on Friday night that we discovered that it was broken. We didn’t receive any return calls from the property management co during our stay.

This was a great location for our family of 6. Plenty of room, clean and easy to get around town!

check out was at 10am, cleaners showed up at 8:30 am while we were packing up.

Condo has a nice spacious layout. Great opportunity and environment to sit out on the deck. The kitchen and living room furnishings are nice. The bathrooms are updated nicely.

Nice, quiet place to spend a few days with college friends. The unit was spotless and the management company was quickly attentive to a few small maintenance issues.

We loved our stay in Yampa 212. The lock on the door is a coded lock that changes around every time you put the code in so it is extra safe. This place is very comfy, cozy, & clean, the supplies are in abundance. “Supplies” as in kitchen ware, fans, blankets & even a pack & play upstairs. The best part was the back balcony, which provided us access to seeing tons of humming birds feeding from the neighbors feeders. We saw a hawk & we hot to see a bear. Spoke to a neighbor that lives there & she mentioned that this bear we saw had a mother (that for some reason, I didn’t ask) was put down years prior. I should have asked but didn’t. If you want to have a quiet night in this is the place to get. Its upstairs area is a loft with two beds, great for teens or anyone that would like to take the spiral stairs up & down. One queen & one day bed with a trundle.The shower upstairs is very roomie. Down stair the master has a king & the third bedroom has two sets of bunks. Just a lot of room. Over all this was just an all around great experience. I do suggest that whoever owns this should place two humming bird feeders off of your balcony, just so visitors can experience the cuteness overload of the 5 humming birds we saw. There is one humming bird that’s black & three green ones & one with purple. It would of been a more interesting experience if we had the hummingbirds closer to us. But still worthwhile.

3 bedrooms and 3 full baths make this condo ideal. The shuttle service is top notch. It comes every15 minutes and on demand in the evenings.

The property itself was as advertised. It was clean and enough for family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Plenty of bed space with four year bunk beds, a queen in the bedroom and a queen in the loft. The problem we had was when we arrived the digital keylock was not working and was in the deadbolt mode so there were no numbers on the screen to use the combination. It was after hours so we called the emergency number which was a call center not in steamboat. They called the person on call locally but nobody came. When we spoke to the manager of the call center, he noted that they do not get any confirmation that the on-call person received their messa and just assumed that the message was received. So after lugging all of her luggage to the apartment we had to reload the car at 10:00 at night and find a hotel to stay. The next day the local management was in the office and were most pleasant and helpful. They refunded our money for the night where we could not get in. However the whole experience was not a great way to end the day after a long plane ride and car trip. Otherwise the location was good. You can walk to the base which is about a 10-15-minute walk depending on conditions but walking home is all uphill and is a little arduous after a day on the slopes with all your gear. There is a shuttle which comes by pretty regularly in the morning but getting back is a little more difficult w/ less consistent shuttle service from Retreia because of all the people leaving

Great location, nice place, very convenient shuttle service. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at this warm and well-maintained property, only request is that they purchase new, darkening blinds for bedrooms, from parking, lot lights.
