We had a great time and the property itself was exactly as listed. I would appreciate if more information was printed out and not just on the visitor portal, which wasn’t the easiest to navigate. Please print out Wi-Fi info and the code for the hot tub! I love not having to be on my phone when on vacation.

A well thought out Condo with an amazing view and everything we needed for our stay. We stayed in the shoulder season so very peaceful and really it’s all about that view.

Excellent trip from start to finish - met or exceeded all expectations; everything was easy throughout! Would stay here again - highly recommend!

It would have been helpful to have an address and make it clear in the guest portal of where to go upon arrival if condo wasn't ready. I even called when we landed and wasn't given the main address which was across the street from the base area. No where near the condo itself. Our Storm Meadows shuttle driver was kind enough to drive us to the office to store our luggage and equipment. At exactly 4PM we were given the code for our condo and we are told, very nonchalantly I might add, that a shuttle can't take us until 6pm. Not I'm so sorry or can I call you an uber, let me see if I can get someone earlier. Poor customer service. Yampa View 105 - Upon arriving at Yampa 105 the bedroom carpets were clearly not vacuumed. Chips and cookie crumbs on rug and on porch floor and table as well. Fireplace sounds like an AC unit in the living room when on. Between both bedrooms there is one tiny nightstand drawer. No way to unpack anything that can't be hung up such as underwear, bathing suits, socks, etc. We fortunately brought along some coffee as the unit only offered decaf. Airport pick up was at noon from the office and we had a Retretia shuttle to pick us up at 11:30 at base but the guest portal app locked us out before that time making communication with shuttle unavailable. There are so many areas for improvement with this company. Do not see us using Retretia in the future.The only nice part about this accommodation is the view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderfulcondo, loved the viewand opportunity to sit on the deck!Suggestion: have basic tools available - screwdriver, pliers etc for quick maintenance. Fridge handle, a couple of door knobs, and screen handle were all lose and simply needed to be tightened.

Love the location. Easy check in process and the shuttle to the mountain is amazing. The condo was exactly as described. Fit our family of 4 perfectly.

The Condo was great and perfect for our group of 4. Retretia is great to work with. They communicated really well and very helpful and responsive each time I called. The Condo is as nice as it looks in the pictures would definitely go back. Only bummer was just 1 parking space but parking in the garage wasn't that inconvenient or expensive.

Walking distance to mountain

Way more than I expected. Clean, comfortable, and a wonderful view of the Yampa Valley. The photos didn’t do it justice!

The view.... spectacular The property.....overall, quite lovely Disappointed that I pay a $200+ cleaning fee and there is mold/mildew in the master shower stall. We also had a hard time adjusting the thermostat, couldn't figure it out.

Property exactly as shown, which is appreciated. The only item i thought worth mentioning is there are steps to walk down to the condo. With heavy luggage, this could be tough. Also, how does air move through the condo in the summer months so it doesnt have a musty, closed up smell? Other than that...really enjoyed my stay!
