This condo is located on the 5th floor of Building 3 and offers 4BR/4BA and has wonderful views of the Waterway. It is just a short distance from the Beach! The Resort offers a Daily Shuttle to the Beach May through September and has 4 Championship Golf Courses.

This property has plenty of spaceto comfortably accommodate your family and friends. The living room has ample seating for all to enjoy their favorite TV shows or movies. Perhaps play a friendly game of Scrabble at the large Dining Room table or relax on the balcony with a cocktail! The Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cook your favorite meals.

The Primary bedroom offers an awesome view with a King Size Bed, Flat Screen TV and a large ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed and has a Flat Screen TV for your viewing pleasure and a Bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, a Flat Screen TV and also has an ensuite bathroom. The 4th Bedroom has plenty of space and offers a King bed, sofa, Flat Screen TV, small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All are nicely decorated and very comfortable. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room if you need the extra sleeping space too. There is also a washer/dryer for your use in the condo.

Yacht Club Villas has access to the North Tower pool which is walking distance away from the building. Enjoy the largest pool in SC with your family. It also has a large Hot Tub to relax in too. Watch the boats go by on the Waterway and enjoy the fireworks at Barefoot every Monday evening in the summer from the balconies of this great property. Take a walk over to the Marina Bar & Grill if you want to have an evening out. Barefoot Landing is right across the bridge and it has so much to do there. Check out the shows at The House of Blues or the Alabama Theater. Eat a great meal at Lulu's, Wild Wing Cafe or Taco Mundo to name a few. There is lots of great shopping and places to explore. You will enjoy walking and window shopping!

Everything was exceptional, except the parking. Please give more parking passes if you have a 3 and 4 bedroom rental. That was my only complaint.

I had to go and buy some. There were no light bulbs in the shower stalls. The corner of the showers were dirty. The furniture was worn and the floors were not swept.
