Reviewer Comments: Our condo was nice, comfortable, and spacious.There was a minor issue with the one bathtub thatstarted leaking on the condo below. No big deal in the end.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025checked in on a Sunday and the process was easy (lock box outside of the rental store ) where you can pick up your keys / pool pass. kitchen was well stocked (coffee machine, toaster, etc)

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Yacht villa was very room and we had a great view. Plenty of parking. When we called the office, someone always answered, which is rare these days and on the day that I had to go in and get the pool key, the staff that was working was so friendly and helpful. They just finished having an office birthday party and gave me a nice piece of birthday cake to go!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024The condo was clean and spacious. Suggestions for making this a more inviting unit; Replace the sofa in the LR that was old and worn. The throw rug under the coffee table was dirty. Also the king size bedspread was dirty and the pillows were old and stained. It would have been nice to have extra clean pillows.There were no cleaning supplies. Appreaciate the security access and the pool area was great. Great location to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I would stay again and recommend to my friends.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024We were in town for a basketball tournament and got lucky finding this place. The location and amenities was perfect. Check in was extremely easy. The condo itself, was nice. It was able to accommodate all our needs.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and property were in a great location and the pool was amazing. The housing was good enough for what we needed. To be fair, I would probably never book it again. The condo had a lot is things that were broken or really old. The curtains didn’t hang, the center table and parts of the couch were broken. The comforter had a hole in it. The biggest issue was the kitchen utensil. Lack of necessities compared to any other rental I’ve stayed in.
