Yacht Club Villas #2-502 Updated Waterfront Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the villa was nice overall there were a few things to improve: There was no extra toilet paper -one roll in each bathroom or bath soap. The second shower curtain was very moldy. We also had a problem with the A/C but the staff fixed it immediately on the weekend.

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we had to purchase 3 glade air fresheners and a spray and candle to attempt to mask the intense smokers smell in the unit ingrained in everything. We had to rewash all our clothes when we got home. I do not recommend this unit for any families that are sensitive to the smell of cigarettes. Our unit was not clean. There was dust everywhere and luckily I had Clorox wipes to clean the toilets one of which (master bedroom) had not been thoroughly cleaned and had dried feces on the seat. Upon arrival we were locked out of the unit because the lock which uses a code ran out of batteries. The in call emergency # attendant was not polite and we were stuck outside with groceries for an hour with two small children in the heat waiting for someone to bring batteries and a physical key to get us into our unit. We loved barefoot but will not stay in this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yacht Club Villas are very nice. We would absolutely stay there again. The fireworks from Barefoot on Monday nights are amazing. We could see them better than those that were actually in the Barefoot shopping area. We always stay on the ocean front. After staying here, I don't see us staying anywhere else. We checked in on July 1 around 4 pm and the lady that helped us was amazing. Only thing that was questionable was that there was supposed to be no golf carts (we had even inquired on them before our stay) where we were staying but a big family came in and rented two golf carts from a local place and parked them on the premises. We did see a handicap tag in the vehicle they were driving but we never saw her driving either of the golf carts. Security was notified by someone that lived there but security talked to them and let them keep both carts.

The unit was of high quality all the way throughout the place. My only complaint was that house keeping cleaning of this unit was subpar and didn’t have a fresh clean sent throughout the place. However, I was prepared.
