Stayed Aug 20, 2025Very clean and spacious. Location was literally next door to the FloraBama, which for us meant convenience. Pooll and beach were steps outside and fabulous. Condo was well stocked and comfortable for all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our adult children!

Stayed Nov 24, 2024We like several things about Phoenix X. It has an indoor pool. It is on the beach. It is next door to the Florabama. The unit layout is perfect. Three bedrooms, three baths a kitchen that is well equipped and easy to use. Finally, there is a balcony.

Stayed Apr 1, 2021Our unit was great, however, we were not told ahead of time that we would not be able to use the outdoor pool, nor could we use the tennis courts, or the shuffle board game, or the hot tub, so we feel we paid for much more than we received.
