Stayed Dec 31, 1969This unit is on the 16th floor, which is very high. The view was superb, but the railing is not up to code if you have small children. The owner really should install plexiglass to prevent any accidental falls.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here with our three boys. The beach was great! The location was nice because everything you needed was right there. Being on two levels was not an issue. But trying to unpack and then pack with not enough luggage trollies (we had to use shopping carts) was insane! Then we had to wait with everyone else coming or going to use one elevator. There are no bathrooms on the main floor so when you had to use the bathroom and you’re at the beach, you had to go all the way back up to your room. The upstairs room on the bay side had no lock (it was quickly fixed) on the sliding door, and there is no gate. So I we had to move furniture to cover that door, with no balcony, so my kid wouldn’t try to unlock it. The unit itself was fine. But it could use some updating for the price.

Stayed Jul 21, 2018The condo was very comfortable and clean. Great views of the ocean and bay. The only negative is that the sofa in Living room could be updated. Very nice condo.
