All as expected, would definitely stay again!

Overall this was a good stay, the location is great, the pool and club house were wonderful for our kiddos and very easy to access with friendly staff. The bus to the mountain was very convenient and easy to use. The drive was very friendly. The unit was spacious and clean. The fold out couch was not very comfortable, but okay for kids. The shower caused the whole bathroom to flood, which was a little inconvenient since there was only one bathroom. We did not realize it was a handicapped accessible room. WiFi was not included and was fairly expensive to use. The kitchen was not as well stocked as other VRBOs we have stayed in, no kettle or hot water heater. No kitchen extras like oil or spices, etc. Just salt and pepper. The hall was noisy at times, but overall fairly quiet. Overall, as others have said I think we would stay here again, but may opt for a different unit.

We have stayed at this property many times through the years, just different units. This one was like many we had stayed at before and was as awesome as we remembered. Itis a great unit and highly recommend it to all. Thank you again ro the owner. We had a winderful stay.

Pros: The location of this property can't be beat. Very close to the mountain and the resort runs shuttles throughout the ski day which saves on parking! Additional positives include covered parking, the property's dry sauna, the inclusion of an in-unit washer dryer (essential on a ski vacation), and the overall size of the unit. The check in and check out processes were also a breeze (discussion with the concierge notwithstanding). Cons: This is a Wyndham time-share property and therefore you have to deal with regular sales pitches (some veiled others more obvious). The unit we stayed in also did not have many of the expected kitchen amenities (dishwasher tabs, sponges, plastic wrap, etc.) which we had to purchase during our stay. The bathroom in our unit was need of repair (the baseboards were starting to rot and mold due to shower overflow) and communications with the property manager were disappointing. My husband injured his knee on the mountain, requiring the use of ski patrol. I called the front desk to send a shuttle to pick us up because my husband had trouble walking. The front desk was slow to respond to messages and did not provide regular updates despite my requests. We waited an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Despite the cons listed above, we would stay at this property again - principally because of its location and size. I would, however, request a non-mobility room.

Very clean and updated. Not what I remember the pictures showing of the actual unit but the property pictures were accurate. It was very roomy. Check in was a breeze. Only stayed two nights. My sister almost got to see a bear on the property. My only complaint would be hearing other people in the hallway. Otherwise I didn't hear the neighbors.

My group had an awesome stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities such as the hot tub, free underground covered parking, and ski resort shuttle made our stay even easier. I would 100% book again next time I'm in Steamboat.
