•Restaurant, bar and golf course hours may vary seasonally
•Miniature golf is available at the resort Wednesday through Sunday. Adult price is $12 and child price is $6.
•We are unable to provide parking for recreational vehicles or trailers on property.
•This resort is smoke free and pet free. Not complying with these policies may result in the assessment of a $500 fee.
•For your convenience, the resort offers an on-site shuttle that runs 24 hours (on-call). Please contact the resort for more information.
•A $100 refundable security deposit is required at check-in (credit card only).
•Golf Courses are subject to availability and may be closed due to scheduling or maintenance. Priority tee times at Arnold Palmer Legacy and Tom Watson Independence Signature, golf courses, can be made 7-days in advance. For additional information, please contact the Golf Shop at (407) 396-3199.
•A suite key or wristband is required for dining and merchandise discounts. Purchases must be charged on a credit card and no retroactive discounts can be made.
•This resort is cashless, and room charging is not permitted. Debit and credit cards are accepted, and all resort transactions are pay-as-you-go.
•Luggage carts are currently unavailable at the resort. Please contact resort staff for assistance with luggage.
•There are no barbecue grills on the property.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
