We are sorry to say for price we paid,we were very disappointed in the accommodations. We where given a handicap room,which is smaller than reg. room(4 adults,2 kids). Upon inspection of room,floors felt grainy,dusty,cobwebs in some corners, large shards of broken glass(from pyrex measuring cup/previous tenant),shower had remains of something white,slimy, 2nd shower had wad of dried long black hair,2 plastic razor caps inside. Had to call housekeeping for clean up that should have been done and to replace measuring cup. Doors to w/d closet didn't close,due to doors dragging on floor. We have stayed here before under different rental owners for far less price(2000.00,ocean view,towers 1/2,7 days,July/Aug visits and better experience. After being on beach,it was not relaxing returning to room,so we constantly were out.Feel like you should be able to know or designate which tower and what type room one is paying for,esp.when you pay over 3000.00 for expecting a reg size room,get stuck in handicap one. Most likely will not do VRBO here again.

We worked with James and he did everything exactly how he said he would!! There were 5 in our group and James got us a tremendous accommodation! We loved our trip! James was super professional, and made the process easy and safe! Can’t wait to rent from him again for vacation this year!

I found myself in a situation where I had to plan a last minute vacation for my family. I had never utilized an online site such as VRBO, I always went through the hotel sites. Needless to say, I was skeptical. By chance I came across James at VRBO and started the process of looking for a place my family could enjoy for a week in Myrtle Beach. James worked tirelessley to find a good option for us. Because of my skepticism, I actually passed up a great opportunity, I was not savvy enough to realize that the property he had found for us was an awesome deal. After doing some research, I realized it was a great deal, but it was too late, someone else jumped on the opportunity :(. Even though James knew we were skeptical and did not go with his initial recommendation, he still worked very hard for us and found us a secondary option that we booked without question. It turned out to be an awesome vacation and my wife and kids loved it!! I will look to James and VRBO for all of my future vacation plans.

I was really pleased with the resort. It was very clean as I always saw people cleaning all the time. Our unit was very spacious and well maintained. A few minor complaints: the pools were very cold with very limited sunshine. This was disappointing since I do like to be in the pool. Very few elevators. Not a problem for us since our unit was on the second floor so we always used the stairs. The resort is very big and it seems the size of the pool and lack of elevators was not equivalent.

I was very worried about the condo since we didn't rent from Wyndham, but as it turns out the rooms were perfect. We had a great stay. We had all the appliances, dishes and utensils we needed. We were on the 16th floor and that worried me, but the elevators ran smoothly and having four helped with the work load. If I wanted to return to North Myrtle Beach I would stay again and would recommend Wyndham Towers on the Grove. The only complaint any of us had was the cell phone coverage. You could not make a call or receive one and hear or understand the caller. Or they would just drop. The wi-fi was also only available in the room, the area around the condo did not have any kind of signals.
