Approximately 1,180 square feet, this spacious Two- Bedroom Condo features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Double Bed(s) in the guest bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a kitchen, dining area and 2 separate bathrooms. Maximum of 8 occupants.
Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, Washer/Dryer In Unit, In Room Safe, DVD Player, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, Jetted Tub and Stairs.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Branson at the Meadows is Branson Airport which is 6.83 miles by car respectively.

Booking was a little difficult compared to other listings on vrbo. This is a Wyndham property booked through a third party….. how ever check in at the property was a breeze…. The cleanliness of the property was great. We were under the impression we were getting a two bedroom condo with 2 queens in one room and a king in the other. At check in we were told we had a two room condo with two kings….. we were able to make it work with the use of the pull out sofas but other wise over all good experience and clean property…. The location was not bad for the local activities as well.
Loved this condo and location. The pool was right around the corner. Our teenage kids loved having their own bed in the 2nd bedroom. Great touch for families. We will rent again in Branson. Super clean and roomy!
Was very amazing place ..very clean
First me and a friend booked 2 condos at the beginning of May (1.5 months before our trip) then 1 week before our trip my friends 2 bedroom is canceled and they can only give her the worlds tiniest 1 bedroom in its place. At this point though it is to late to book anywhere else because everything is booked, so she has to take it. So her, her husband, and 3 kids are forced to be crammed into a tiny one bedroom because they over booked. My 2 bedroom was not canceled. On our way to the resort we both get a text message that our check in time had been changed to 6 pm. So she had 3 children with her and I had 5 children with me that were pretty upset that we couldn’t get out of the car after a 10 hour drive. We couldn’t just go do something with them because we had all our luggage still strapped on a luggage rack on the back of the car and were afraid someone would steal it. We finally do get checked in and when we are trying to go to bed later that night there was no blankets for us to make up the pull out couches. Keep in mind that I booked this condo for 7. So there were supposed to be 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 pull out sofas. So I called the front desk and asked for extra blankets. They informed me that they have been having laundry issues for a couple months and don’t have any more. How is it possible that they can book a room for 7 people and not have accommodations for those 7 people to sleep? It was the same story with my friends room. No blankets to make up the pull out couch for their kids. I asked when they would have some and the lady said possibly tomorrow. I asked if I could get on a list for some as soon as they do have some and was told they didn’t keep a list. I would just have to call back and ask again. So my wife, 2 teenagers, 3 smaller kids, and myself had to sleep that night in 2 queen sized beds. The next day I called again asking for blankets and was told they didn’t have any. At this point I got really upset and told the girl if they didn’t have any blankets for me then I needed to speak to the manager because it’s ridiculous they would book a room for 7 and not have accommodations for everyone to sleep. Well asking to speak to management changed her mind on blankets. She said she would go look again and see if she could find any. About 10 minutes later a guy is knocking on our door bringing the blankets and sheets to set up the couches. Overall not happy with how they seem to overbook for their ability at every turn.
Everyone was kind. There were many activities on the property.
The only issue I had was that we were supposed to have a king bed and 2 double beds, but we ended up with 2 kings, so people who didn’t want to share a bed had to. That was minor, and I would definitely stay here again!
The condos are beautiful, clean and in a great location. Having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms is the only way to go when you have kids. It was nice having a TV in each bedroom. My only complaint was that I booked a unit that had 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom for my 2 teenagers and we were given a room with only 1 bed. I notified the check in office and we were quickly given another unit with no problems. The grounds are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.
