WOW! This amazing ocean front Brighton was on HGTV!

This was a perfect stay. The location right on the beach is wonderful. The unit was spacious, clean and had everything you need especially in the kitchen. We were there during a storm and the lania is perfect. It is covered and we sat outside watching the storm. We definitely will be back.

This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful neighborhood. We go to MB yearly to enjoy the beach and visit with family that live in the area. This is the nicest condo that we have stayed in. It was spacious with gorgeous views. I loved that the kitchen was adequately stocked with plenty of cookware, appliances, and dishes. Additionally, the bottle of wine and “in case you forgot something” bin were thoughtful and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

An amazing family vacation week. This condo is so well stocked, the ice machine was such a nice surprise! And used daily! the layout is perfect with the 3 bedrooms and each having their own bath. And the condo is absolutely beautiful! Beds and pillows were the most comfortable! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

We could not use water park . That’s the first time since we have been staying at Brighton . Don’t make no since why we could not use it for the money we paid to stay there. Wish we would have known that before we booked this room !!!! Tried to call owner to ask about it!!! Did not get a return call back!!

Great owner and beautiful condo with lots of extras!

We couldn't have found a better spot in Myrtle Beach. I bring home with me and didn't have to, they literally thought of EVERYTHING. The bed was so comfortable and I struggle when sleeping else where when we travel, slept like a BABY. The views were gorgeous. The kitchen Fully Stocked. The space, we all had our own space. This place just kept going and going. It was a luxury stay for sure. I can't want to come back!

Arrived to a super clean well decorated condo. Beds very comfortable and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

My wife and I booked 1209 Brighton at the last minute for an October getaway. The place was beautiful and so spacious. Even though it was just the two of us, every bedroom has a large en suite bath. The layout could comfortably work for three couples or two couples with kids. The three separate balconies allowed us to watch the sunrise and sunset and choose sun or shade throughout the day. Access to the beach was also very convenient and we walked to the Hilton beach bar and Black Drum (right next door) for dinner. This was definitely our favorite place in Myrtle Beach and Ann made the process go so smoothly I cannot think of anything that could have been better.

Clean, lovely and beautifully decorated condo. I absolutely loved the allclad cookware. Blinds and curtains easy to open/close. I never found a crock pot and the amenties list I thought noted one, but I never went back to check. Ice maker was not an issue, never even used the countertop one and we brought bags of ice back home and even left some for next guests. Ann was very responsive to all my questions. We didn't find the extra towels until later because in a bathroom drawer, but mommy had brought towels for the babies. I was hoping to see the sunrise from oceanfront balcony but being so close to the beach for a walk one always can see the sunrise. Sunsets def can be seen from back balconies. We love the ocean front balcony with plenty of seating, esp to hear the waves, and our grandson loved watching the bucket dump water at the waterpark. We did lose the letter S puzzle piece but gained so much more, our family made more good memories at Brighton!

The property is beautiful. The condo is more than we expected. We were so pleased with our accommodations! The open layout in the kitchen, dining, and living room makes for a great place to kick back and relax. Four counter stools in the kitchen make it so spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are absolutely excellent. We all agreed (6 of us) that we had the best sleep ever. Nothing is overlooked. The beds are dressed beautifully and each one has a lovely duvet. There is ample space in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Sliding glass doors in every bedroom provide the most beautiful views and sounds of the ocean waves crashing. A really well thought-out condo, with its tasteful decor, makes it so easy to relax and enjoy your stay. The pictures online are very accurate, but plan to be surprised by the layout. Communication with the hosts was simple. Access to the beach is simple. We had a fabulous, relaxing, happy time. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had been coming to Kingston Plantation / Myrtle Beach for over 25 years, until my father became too sick to travel. When he died last year, my mom and I knew it was time to visit again (and with my 2 kids in tow). The trip was always going to be a special one, but the property really added to the experience. Our host was kind and communicative, the home had all the amenities we needed, and our stay was perfect. (If you don't know the area, the location is also pretty great - right on the beach, pool onsite, etc.)

We really enjoyed our stay. The nicest Vrbo we have stayed in. I really appreciated your quick response on the door lock issue. I would recommend you place to anyone looking to stay anywhere near there. Great location. We own a time share just down the beach at the sands ocean club. The condo was the best we have enjoyed in the 15 years we have been visiting Myrtle beach. Loved all the thoughtful accommodations.

My sister and I and our husbands were able to take our elderly parents on this trip. The condo was beyond our expectations in every since of the word. We were even able to accomodate a surprise visitor for them for a day. To say this home met every expectation is an understatement. Wonderful unit, wonderful experience with the owners and a very memorable trip.
