Everything about my condo was AWESOME, plenty of space everywhere, (each room and very spacious balcony) enough room for about 12 people but I only had 7 with plenty of room to spare. I was on the 17th floor, AWESOME VIEWS OCEANFRONT. 4BD & 4BA, elevator worked great, fast and quick, parking was a little tight, someone was in my spot a couple times so you have to make sure you keep your parking pass visible in your vehicle because you have to park in a different spot. And they are limited with handicap parking, they need a few more spots for handicap parking.Overall great stay for me and my family. I will stay again very soon and HIGHLY recommend this condo for family/friends about 8-10 people. I give it a 10 out of 10, can't wait to come back. J.JONES

Great place to stay

Drapes were partially torn down from rods, stove top was completely broken, flames shot out of bathroom outlet when curling iron was plugged in, air return in dinning room right beside our table was filthy and unit was touted as “newly renovated “!!!!! We were extremely disappointed and unit owner didn’t seem to care at all

Biggest complaint would be the parking. Families should know up front that there is only one parking spot on-site. First bedroom on the left could use some cleaning and updating along with the bathroom. Out of 4 bathrooms only one hairdryer worked. The balcony was very nice with plenty of seating and we appreciated that. Thank you

This property was very easy to find. It was very clean, cool, and comfortable for 10 adults. It has a great view of the Ocean for everyone who did not want to go swimming. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped for our meals when we did not go out to eat. I had great communication with the Host and my adult children didn't have a problem with the parking across the street. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay and enjoy the ocean at Pcb, FL.

The condo was absolutely awesome! We had plenty of room for everyone. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The huge balcony was wonderful! We used it a lot. From previous reviews I had read I was worried about parking. But we parked our smaller vehicle in the garage and used the overflow parking for our larger vehicle. Although the overflow parking lot was small we always found a spot. The first day we arrived one of the elevators wasn’t working but it was fixed quickly so that was nice! I would definitely stay here again. I loved the location and the condo we stayed in was fabulous!

Everything was great and as expected. Elevators was slow but that’s to be expected. We had a wonderful time and condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Will stay again.

Layout is perfect. Balcony is 10/10. Location is great. Very easy to communicate with. We had a great 7 days here!! Would definitely recommend.

The condo was as advertised

Property is great-just as explained in listing. We had some minor issues with T.V.'s and thermostat/hot water heater questions but the owner was patient, fast responding and overall wonderful hosts. We would definitely choose this spot again for a family vacation... !!! Owner absolutely deserves 5 star rating!!

Beautiful place great view . Owners answer any messages i sent them right away. Vey beautifully decorate and plenty of cookware etc. Only thing that was a diwn fall pool only held 12 people and there was 12 in our party. Pool was small and hotbtub very small

The condo was even better than the pictures. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the balcony was amazing. Very large and perfect if you have a few people! The interior was also decorated nicely. I can't think of one thing that was not amazing. Thank you for the great stay!

Would stay again anytime.

The property owner/contact was outstanding working with us as Helene was to show up on our check-in date. She worked with us to push our plans out by a day and offered early check-in and late check-out to boot. We had a water outage overnight one night, but upon contacting the owner, she jumped right on it and reported it to the HOA. The condo was clean and well-equipped. The only items that could be improved is the couch cushions are worn in a bit and the mattress in one of the bedrooms was also a bit worn. Overall, the experience and the owner were great and we would recommend as a nice place to stay.

Headboard fell off the wall. Baseboard and walls and doors were dirty. View was nice and tne patio was nice. Parking was not acceptable with 3 families and only one spot and the spots were jacked up. We had a good time in spite of the room It was a good location but would not rent again

Beautiful views and spacious bedrooms

Although this was a busy Labor Day Weekend, it felt like we had a little slice of heaven. Close to restaurants, bars, golf courses, and right on the beach, this property is perfect for families and friends alike. Very gracious and responsive host. Thanks for your hospitality!

The condo served as the perfect location for our family vacation consisting of 12 people. We had plenty of sleeping room and the balcony was huge with plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again!

The balcony on this property is worth the rental. Parking is a little difficult for 2nd vehicle.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We are 11 years old to 80 years old. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We probably ate in and out about 50/50. Restaurants were nearby. Beach was fabulous, Hostess was gracious. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Loved our stay in PCB. The condo was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The huge deck overlooking the ocean is spectacular. Will definitely be back here many times.
