Perfect location as always. We always stay in this resort and usually book different units. This unit was clean and nice and exactly what we neeed.

Wonderful vacation!

Spacious condo within a short walk to the fabulous Miramar Beach. The beach umbrella and chairs is a valuable amenity. We loved the ability to communicate directly with the owner with any questions that arose. We will definitely want to stay here again!

This vacation was just what my wife and I needed. The condo is beautifully renovated and stocked extremely well with cooking and eating utensils. The few from the 4th floor balcony is just stunning and overlooks the pool. The pool is an amazing resort style pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping and trees which make it very private. The walk to the private beach entrance is just a short walk down the street and we loved having the beach chairs and umbrella set up every day. We will be back again!

We had a great time during our last trip to Beach Resort - beautiful sunny weather and excellent water temperature.The unit was very clean, and it looks like recently updated - fresh paint and new kitchen counter tops. The kitchen was also very good stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The check-in went smoothly and the unit was ready for our arrival.And last but not least, our host was very communicative. He answered to our questions promptly, without any delays or reminders and provided all the information we needed. We'll be definitely back to Beach Resort.

The location was great with restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. The beach access with little kids was a little further than would have liked but not bad if you bring a wagon. The rental was updated however the furniture(couches) and rug were really dirty. The pool was very clean and sold the place for us.

Great stay- condo is perfect. Great location and close to the beach. Condo had everything we needed and is very modern. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed a nice week at this property. Condo was clean and communication with Jack was excellent. Location was great with a nice view of the ocean. Check in was flawless. I would definitely recommend this unit.

We had a great stay at this comfy condo. The bunk beds and separate bathroom were perfect for the kids, and the adults had a comfy king bed and separate bathroom. The sheets were nice! The kitchen was modern and fun to cook in. The whole family spent a great deal of time in the awesome pool.

Overall the property was great. Having the panty locked caused all the groceries to have to sit on the counter which was not convenient. When we arrived there was a left over hamburger left in the microwave that the cleaning people missed.

Beautiful property in a great location. Easy access. Terrific pool. Wonderful local restaurants within walking distance. Only complaint was the king mattress was hard as a brick and my back hurt the whole week.

Everything was great about our stay from start to finish. The owner was quick to get us our parking pass and make themselves available well before we arrived. The location and condo itself were excellent. The beach was close by and really anything we needed was no longer than a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk. The condo itself was a modern, clean, and welcoming. My wife already wants to come back for spring break next year. Would certainly stay here again!

We could see the beach our balcony was over the pool. Condo had everything we needed. Information booklet with instructions about pool, beach entry to light switches. We enjoyed our time

Place was great! Very clean, Location is perfect. The pool and hot tub was great for the kids. Great private beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Resort! Photos accurately depict the unit and amenities. Pool is amazing. Short walk to the beach. I accidentally left a load of laundry in the washer, and Victoria and the cleaner graciously coordinated with me to get it back. Great place to vacation with family/kids.

This was our first time staying at Beach Resort and we would definitely return! It was a short walk to the beach entrance, but not bad at all. We had a very comfortable stay and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. We had no real issues. I had contacted Jack about a missing remote out of fear of being charged. He responded quickly and had a remote to us the next morning even though we could use one from the other room. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing! It was nice to spend time there in the evening and it was so large that we never felt crowded. Also, the property was very beautiful and clean!
