For what you spend for this property, you will expect great attention to Detail, especially in the kitchen. The bedding in the master bedroom looked very worn.

The moment we walk into Turquoise Place we feel like we are on vacation! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! Everything is beautifully decorated, clean and accessible!1109C by far has been the most beautiful condo we have stayed at in the past 4 years of family vacations this property; it Felt like home and had everything we could possibly need! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax and enjoy the amenities! Also! Change of Pace, the restaurant/bar at Turquoise Place has some of the best food and drinks around! I am not exaggerating when I say take an evening by the pool with the kiddos and enjoy dinner or lunch there at the property! Thanks for the mems! Can’t wait until next time!!

Our family stayed for a week and was so nice to have all the facilities available. The condo was very accommodating to our large family. The access to the beach was quick and easy. We utilized the pools everyday both outside and inside pools. This is our favorite place to stay.

There were lots of little touches to make the stay easier like extra pillows and blankets in closets and the many light switches being labeled. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. All the beds were great and the bunk beds in the 4th bedroom make it a great place to stay with kids. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was so pretty and nice - huge kitchen and well supplied with everything you could possibly need. Loved the huge balcony. We enjoyed being able to grill on our balcony instead of having to go to the pool area. Everything was very nicely furnished and decorated. We loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family arrived from different parts of the US on the Saturday before the 4th of July and stayed for the week. The condo was clean, very comfortable and nicely appointed. We all had a great time visiting with relatives that we hadn't seen in a while. We did have some problems with the washing machine the first couple of days, which was addressed immediately by the Phoenix Rental staff, Brandy and Cayce. The bedroom across from the kitchen get's very hot and fans don't seem to help much, but this seems to be an issue with every corner unit facing west, in tower C, that we've rented in the past, in the middle of summer, at Turquoise Place. As far as the accuracy regarding the amenities, our family spends a lot of time on the balcony. The photos on VRBO that was provided along with the property description showed that the unit had an outdoor sofa and love seat on the balcony, which is why I chose this unit to rent for the week in the first place. Both had been removed and replaced with only a few chairs. We didn't have enough sitting room for all the adults on the balcony at one time. Yes, I would recommend this unit to friends and relatives. Hopefully, the owners will replace the sofa and loveseat by next 4th of July.
