WOW ! Disney Affordable, Spacious & Luxurious Condo

We loved staying at this clean and modern third floor apartment! We were pleasantly surprised to find a full size washer and dryer, and truly had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Furnishings appeared new and were comfortable, but my very tall husband had some difficulty with the low bed (I, an average height, had no problem!). We appreciated the free parking, though be aware that the office to obtain your pass is open 9am-4pmish, so if you're heading straight to theme parks make sure to set aside time to grab one. We did take a couple days to get ours and had no issues. This rental's location is 15 minutes from the Disney park gates and about 30 minutes from the Universal Studios gates, so it was just perfect for us. We never heard a peep from any neighbors and felt very safe staying in this gated community. I highly recommend a stay here!

We loved our stay in Kissimmee in this very modern and very clean propery. The condominium was very well tended, and the pool area was very quite and tended as well. The contact with the owner (Sylvie) was very nice and prompt. When we will come back to Kissimmee we will rent this condo again.

The owner (Sylvie) kept excellent communication with us. She was prompt in answering any questions we had. The condo was very nice and the right size for my boyfriend and I. The condo is decorated with great taste. The few supplies (toilete paper, tooth paste, hand soap, water bottles, etc) provided by the owner was greatly appreciated. It made our arrival easy. Again, I must say, the condo is very clean and is kept in geat condition. We liked the gated facility as it provides quietness and security. The pool area is nice although I did not use the pool as I found the water too cold. The weight room has good equipment. The laundry facility was located close to the condo. The condo is about 15 minutes from the Disney Parks. Very easy access to the parks. Our vacation (10-19 Apr 10) was a golf vacation and we took advantage of the 4 Disney golf courses (Magnolia, The Palm, Osprey Ridge and Lake Bueno Vista). We had excellent weather conditions which was between 24-28 degrees Celsius. We shopped at Downtown Disney. We saw Cirque du Soleil (La Nouba) and movies. We had dinner to different restaurants such as Olive Gardens, Red Lobster and Outback. We visited Kenedy Space Centre wich is about one hour drive. Watch out for the toll highway #528. We also went to Tampa which was about one hour and 15 minutes drive. Great place to stay at and we recommend it to anyone.

This was a lovely condo to stay at. It was clean, well decorated, and in a great area. The owner, Sylvie, was thorough, trustworthy, and communicated well with us. Traveling as a family of four, we appreciated: the closeness to Disney, the proximity to major attractions, and the facilities the gated community offered including the pool and laundry house. We didn't want to leave!!

This was the absolute cleanest property we have rented. The rental transaction was very simple and we were so happy to see that the condo was excellent when we arrived. Uncluttered and comfortable in a great location, close to everything you need, but not in the middle of heavy traffic. The grounds are well kept and security is provided. Fitness center has good equipment. Pool looks very inviting, but we did not use. Little extras provided by the owner made us feel very welcome and appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and well decorated, which made for a pleasant stay. There were extra sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and even hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom (we usually have to bring our own). We were only 10 minutes from being in the parking lot of Disney parks, and convenient to retail and dining locations including Olive Garden, Outback, Chick-Fil-A, Dunkin Donuts and much more. Our kids were thrilled that they got to sleep in the living room and watch DVD's (like having their own room)... And we were *never* cramped for space. All in all, it was a great stay and definitely a great bang for our buck!

From 24th untill 30th of januari 2010 we have stayed in this appartment. The appartment met with our excpectations and we have enjoyed the time spended. Jay & Sindy
