World-Class Oceanfront Resort at Siesta Key Beach

Everything was excellent. Beautiful accomodations. Unfortunately we had bad weather. But would go back.

Beautiful setting…tennis courts in the back of the Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club property (street side) and the ocean and beach in the front! What more could we ask for? Jason responded quickly to our request and answered all my questions. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time here. Hoping to return to this club in the spring.

This condo was perfect for our family! With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and nice big walk in closets, we had the perfect space for each family to enjoy. The kitchen, dining, living, and especially the patio were all perfect for 6 of us to have fun eating and playing games together. The walk to the beach is no problem at all, and the pools were perfect for after ocean playing. We would happily rent this place again. Siesta Key beach is like gold!!

Staying at this property was the perfect fit for my family. The resort made the late check-in process seamless, and we felt safe and reassured thanks to the thorough and attentive security team upon arrival. Throughout our stay, the property was exceptionally well-maintained, everything from the elevators and stairwells to the shared areas were clean and cared for, which made a great impression.The unit itself was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, with everything in good working order. One of our favorite features was the dining area with its beautiful water views, it gave us the open feel of a balcony without the worry of bugs or limited seating.The beach services were also a highlight. Staff were attentive and made it incredibly easy to secure chairs, which made for relaxing, stress-free beach days. Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, and attentive service made this a wonderful stay, and we would be happy to return.

Very nice condo. Super comfy beds. Resort was lovely. We didn't go into town at all as we just wanted to relax and relax we did! We encountered several people that have been staying annually for many years. We will be back.

We had a great time, loved the condo, loved the beach, and loved that we could park our cars and use the Frog to make trips into the village. Great food, great time for all.

My third year in this property and this specific condo.No complains. Very clean, well maintained.Everything was in good condition. Laundry location very convenient, just few steps away from apartment.Lots of restaurants and grocery stores a close driving distance.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. The condo is fantastic and has everything you need. The location is perfect !

We had such a wonderful stay at T404. We had coffee looking at the beach, and enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the beach. Our toughest part of the day was figuring out if we should go to the beach or the pool first :) The condo was very clean and so perfect for taking a break from the sun. Thank you!!

We spent 4 days at the condo for a get away from the cold weather in Ohio The condo was as advertised. Beautiful condo with a great location. It was perfect for our get away! A 5 star for sure.

We came for Thanksgiving to see family in the area. The facility was great and in the most amazing location. Just walk out to the beautiful white sand beach of siesta key. The unit was very spacious and provided everything g we needed. Would highly recommend and certainly go back. Thank you!

Luxury condo in gated resort on private beach!! Well maintained property and very quiet. Perfect for a family get-a-way on a white sand beach with clear water. Rated best beach in the US for a reason!

Everything was just perfect. Love it

The condo was great it had everything we needed and was really clean. We were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came by to wash our towels we didn’t expect that. Siesta Key is a great area everything is close and the beach is awesome we will definitely come back :)

The property was tidy, welcoming, and comfortable. The location and rental service for the chairs and umbrellas were a great service. The pools were clean and the grounds were immaculately cared for.

First trip to Siesta Key. Beach is great. Restaurants and shopping nearby and plentiful. Condo was as expected and suited our needs perfectly. Would recommend to anyone. Owner was responsive and available. Thank you.
