Stayed Jan 24, 2026This complaint is regarding the rental company and not the location. Governor declared state of emergency and told us to stay off VA roads. Couldn’t get there because of the governor’s travel declaration. TripForth offered zero flexibility for this unique situation. Will never use them again, but still hope to visit the location again after enjoying it several times.

Stayed Dec 30, 2025The condo was perfect for our stay . The check in process was effortless . We truly enjoyed the passes to the recreation and pool centers etc. we also partook in skiing , we truly enjoyed ourselves for the New Year . Thank You

Stayed Dec 26, 2025My family and I did not enjoy our stay. We couldn't get tickets for the snow tubing, there was no blankets in our suite, housekeeping was not available to us all weekend becauae they said they had no staff. All the money you made and no housekeeping or blankets???? We could have stayed home and went to the movies and bowling whichbis what we did but our kids really wanted to snow tube and other activities.
