Wonderful waterfront condo with pool, private balcony & fast WiFi - dog-friendly

This condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Bed are very comfortable, view was great and neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely book again. Oh and it’s pet friendly!

Our Stay at Vacasa was just what we were looking for. Enough room for our family of four to stretch out and relax after a busy day in Phoenix. The place was quiet and comfortable. Quite unique having a waterfront view. I enjoyed watching the ducks from the patio.

Exactly what we were wanting for our visit. Quiet area, relaxing in the morning and evenings. Clean with covered parking. Did not use the pool area but it looked refreshing. Comfortable beds and nice sitting area. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Host very responsive, check-in and out was smooth.

The property has several plumbing and electrical issues. I reported them to the management. Their call center people were friendly. But in the three weeks we were there, the issues were not resolved. The worst of the problems was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. That made handwashing dishes a problem. The dishwasher also didn't work. We have requested compensation for these and other difficulties. Would not recommend this place.

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the unit was very clean with the exception of the bathroom. The bathroom was very old and the shower curtain had quite a bit of dirt on the bottom of the curtain. The other suggestion we would make is that the stairwell was very dark outside and quite steep for anyone that struggles with walking upstairs. The check-in process was excellent. It was quite a ways from the parking to the room.

Very relaxing

Impressed with how well number of kitchen appliances, pots, pans and mixing/serving bowls there were. Nice to find in a rental property. Enjoyed the neighborhood and walking with our small dog to all the parks in the area. Nice to have the lake views and the birds etc. that visit there. Close to grocery stores, and restaurants. There are 23 steps, to the condo, so keep that in mind when renting. Could be difficult for older renters. The home was comfortable. Enjoyed our 6 weeks there.

Quiet condo, next to small lake and close to shopping

The condo itself was very nice. The only thing I would be a little clearer on is the location of the unit in the complex. Was confusing. Actually had to call to get directions. But it was a perfect location just hard to find at first,

With such a reasonably priced unit, I did not expect anything spectacular. However, upon arrival, my girlfriend and I were very, very impressed with everything about this rental. Needless to say, it far-exceeds my best expectations. Definitely a great property strategically located between the east valley and the greater phoenix area. I would DEFINITELY stay here again,.. and plan on it!

My husband and I loved that this condo was clean and close to family. The location was beautiful and neighbors were quiet. It was well stocked and the master bed was super comfortable! We would love to stay here again!
