Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Condo enjoyed a great location (76th Street). It was accessible directly off of Coastal Highway, yet was directly on the bay. Wonderful view, especially of the sunset. The unit was very large and had 3 full baths and a spacious kitchen. The decor was just okay. Not modern but not old and run down either. Needing a code for the elevator and providing luggage carts was a nice touch. The rooftop pool provided great views. Unfortunately, the week got off to a very rough start. We picked up our key at 4:00 PM as advised and when we got to the unit it was very evident it had not been cleaned after the departure of the prior guests. Bathrooms were especially bad. Hair everywhere, dirty wet towels scattered about and overall, not clean. The most disappointing part is we were never told at check in that the Unit was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We called Vacasa and we’re told someone would be there to clean the NEXT DAY! If we had not already unloaded 2 vehicles worth of stuff, we would have stayed in a hotel for the night. It was that bad (including dirty sheets on the beds). The cleaning crew arrived the next morning and did an absolutely wonderful job. Kudos to this mother and daughter team. All in all, you can see why we titled this review “mixed feelings”.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Plenty of room and the kids loved having their own bathrooms but not enough pots and pans for a pasta night for our family night.
