Overall a good stay - there was an electrical issue that Neal was very much quick to respond and attempt to get fixed, it just took coordination with power company and a contractor so lasted a few days, which was a bit of an inconvenience. It's now fixed so shouldn't be an issue for future guests.

This was an excellent location for our group of five. The fact that everybody had their own bedroom and bathroom was so convenient. There was room to spread out and relax. We didn’t have time to enjoy the surrounding amenities, but they sure looked great. Neal was very communicative and easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hone was clean and the amenites of the property were great. We liked spending our mornings on the patio for sunrise and the pools to enjoy the sun

Everything was wonderful about this property. The view of the golf course is great. Unfortunately we were there when the course was closed for re-seeding but we knew it was that time of year. This property is very close to anywhere you want to go. We went to the Acrisure Arena, Solano’s Bar & Grill and golfed at the Marriotts Shadowridge all a very short drive. Neal was an incredible host and very responsive.

I booked an 11 day stay. When I entered the unit, and looked around, I was mortified as to how dirty every aspect of the condo was. The list of filth is too long to list. One issue that was so disturbing was the pots and pans. After a day and a half of cleaning, I decided to cook dinner. The inside of the pots and pans had a thick layer of dried food and rust inside of them. I immediately sent photos of this finding to the owner. To his credit, he had new pots and pans delivered within 2 hours. He too was horrified. Apart from the issues of cleanliness, there is a significant noise factor associated with this unit. I want to be clear, this issue is NOT the fault of the owner. The unit is very close to railroad tracks and a freeway. The very audible noise is constant. Also noteworthy, there are multiple instructions one has to follow upon initially entering the unit ( alarms , water main, ice maker, etc). After communicating with the owner, he offered a 50.00 credit.

My 3 girlfriends and I were excited to spend a week in Palm Desert at the Crocus Lane property. We were impressed by how spacious and accommodating the floor plan is, particularly since we are 4 adult women. There are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms in the unit...all en suite...with a double sink in the primary bedroom. This made our stay very comfortable! Unfortunately, the L.A. Wildfires happened during our stay, and 2 of my friends had family members who were directly impacted. We left a day early. Neal was a wonderful host in all ways possible; he forgave payment for the last night due to our family emergencies. I recommend the unit to any one seeking a well-located, spacious Palm Desert condo (with a very well-appointed kitchen)!

Located overlooking the 16 fairway of the Palm Valley Country Club, this townhome was the perfect layout for a vacation with friends. The bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the home giving everyone privacy. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to whip up a meal. The fixtures are dated but the place was immaculate. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. The pool and hot tub are right across the street and 2 doors down. Very convenient! The neighbors were nice and the golf was fun. Stay here!

This lovely condo is in a beautiful gated golf community. The location is great -- a stone's throw from great shopping and restaurants. The view of the lake behind the condo is fabulous. We were impressed with the furnishings and decor. We look forward to our next getaway on Crocus Ln.

I visited with my family from the UK for the last two weeks in July. Lovely home in a beautiful location in a Country Club setting. Great communication from Neal, the owner, which made the booking process so easy, even from 5000 miles away.

Very nice 3 bed with 3 bath condo. We had a very nice stay with zero issues - quiet and nice gated complex with many pools and golf. Excellent host - thank you.

We loved the place. It had everything we needed in a convenient location right next to a pool and spa! Amazing views out the back and was very cozy. Will definitely come back!
