BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes maximum included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    We met some really nice people there. Our main concerns were addressed as promptly as can reasonably be expected. We wouldn't return, however, mostly due to: cleanliness, lack of a board walk to the beach, and overall dated nature of the property. Not all of that can be helped. The cleanliness of the floors was addressed. It was the last night while packing and looking for our daughters lost toy block we saw tons of spilled cereal and a broken beer bottle under the stove and fridge. I just need a more thoroughly cleaned place. Baseboards, rugs, banisters…I expect it all to be deeply cleaned. The walk to the beach could be so much easier with a similar rubber mat along the first third or half of the wall from the road. Similar to what is at the public access. We went there twice just for ease even though we preferred being close to our room. Again, kind property managers and maintenance staff and residents, but not the top choice for us in the future.

    The view was amazing! Pool was very nice. Awesome access to the beach, right across the street. I had a problem with the sliding balcony door but the maintenance person promptly fixed it. Overall it was just what i wanted for a beach getaway!

    Loved it, was spacious enough and the kids enjoyed it and the bunk beds. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the long walk through the sand to get to the beach but well worth the stay! And that’s not the properties fault.
