Wonderful beachfront condo with waterside pool, grilling area, open layout, & AC

A nice place for a small family. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, so carrying things up and down the stairs made unpacking and packing a bit challenging.

The stay was nice and in a great location in Cherry Grove.The only downfall is the 4 flights of stairs. It was a killer to unpack and the repack the car at the end of the stay.

The condo was perfect for my two children & myself. Very clean, view was perfect

We loved The Summer Place. Very clean and loved waking up to the ocean view. Very close to everything.

Sort of disappointing. Beds are uncomfortable and everything needs updated. Also the door lock was sometimes hard to open and close.

Overall, it was a nice stay. We never turned on a tv, so I can't speak to that. There was a large coffee pot in the closet, but it didn't work. There was only a very small working coffee pot, but we made it work with 5 people. Some minor issues - one of the lamps was missing the switch to turn it on in the living room. One of the refrigerator door shelves was broken. The heat pump for the HVAC on the porch takes up a lot of space and is very loud. Twin beds are EXTREMELY firm/hard. The queen mattress was ok and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Lots of stairs since its on the the third floor, but parking, proximity to ocean and pool were excellent. The beach area in front of the condo was excellent. Short walk to the end of Cherry Grove on the beach is well worth it! I would go back despite the few minor issues.

I didn’t love anything at this location. It was dirty and the lock was broken. I will never stay here again.

The place was dirty upon arrival. The electric lock broke. I called and someone said they would send some to fix it and never did. Poor communication as well.

Everything was great but the steps were a killer

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible beachfront condo, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the immaculate condition of the condo. The location couldn't be better — just steps from the beach, with breathtaking sunrises right from the lanai.The condo itself is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches from the host really made a difference — it’s clear they care about their guests' experience. Communication with the host was easy and prompt, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.The only minor drawback was that the HVAC unit is installed on the lanai, and the blower unit is located in the bedroom closet. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the lanai and added some noise in the bedroom. Also, be prepared to get your steps in — there are no elevators, so you’ll need to navigate some stairs. That said, the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere make it well worth the effort!If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing beach getaway, this is the place to stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone!

Steps to the beach and conveniently located near shopping and Calabash. Stocked with everything you need including linens and towels. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and nicely furnished Condo! The air conditioner was not working when we arrived but management was very helpful in getting it fixed quickly.

I thought the balcony would be over looking the pool due to the pics in the profile, it was not. The balcony is ocean view on the 3rd floor, however, the air conditioning unit is on the balcony making the small space much smaller and not enjoyable. The bed pillows were terrible and need to be replaced. The mattress was not comfortable at all. It was very hard making it hard to get a good nights sleep. The curtains in the bedroom do not fit the windows allowing light to come in the room very early. Extra blankets would have been nice, even just a throw blanket for movie watching while it rained. Overall, it’s a nice, quiet comfortable place. Easy access to the beach, easy parking and a quiet area. All necessities are provided and it’s very clean.

Tub adjacent to master bedroom, drains poorly, and bottom of shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced otherwise cleanest rental I have stayed in

This condo is *chefs kiss* when it comes to fun and comfortable beach living. I love how updated and beautifully decorated the condo is. From the decor, the view, and all the little details, the condo really made our experience amazing. I would highly recommend staying here for your next beach trip.

Condo was not real spacious but was enough room for 4 people. Bathrooms are small but you have a great view from the balcony and you walk down the stairs and you are on the beach!
