The Space – Sleeps 6 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, HDTV, and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, HDTV, and convenient access to the second full bathroom.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, large HDTV, and access to the private balcony overlooking the beach.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need. Dining table seats 4.
Parking: Two (2) parking passes are included with the reservation. Please note: During Hangout Festival week, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July week, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival weekend, only one (1) parking pass will be provided.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    Condo was a nice size and the view was fabulous. Location was great. On the down side there was no hairdryer in either bathroom so we had to buy one. Also the frypans really need to be replaced. Smoke alarm started chirping in one of the bedrooms (in the middle of the night!) and we wanted the batteries replaced in all of them but they would only give us one battery!

    Some cosmetic wear on the condo and needs some tlc. No large knives to cut large items like watermelon. Some outlets in the kitchen do not work. Master Tub is very slow draining. Main bedroom mattress was worn and needs a replacement.

    Everything great, just think this time of year we could have used a dehumidifier. Couldn't get anything to dry. Great place to stay though. Easy access to everything!

    The Living room TV kept losing the audio. I sent a message to the host and never got a reply. It was ignored. Some of the light fixtures are loose and barely hanging. The bathroom shelf is very loose with the anchor bolts coming out of the wall. The front door trim comes loose every time the door opens. The patio door would not lock. The washing machine did not spin the clothes. So I had to wring them out by hand on wash day. On our check in time, they were still cleaning after 4 pm.

    This condo had a great location. You could easily walk to shops and restaurants. Waking up each morning to the waves crashing in is the perfect start to anyday.

    It was a great location. Decent pricing. The only suggestion We would give is to put something down in the showers. They were pretty slippery

    We enjoyed our stay. Beds slept good. Outside grills are not in great shape but worked. The only issue I seen is the mold on the baseboard in front of primary bathroom vanity needs to be addressed

    The location was superb! Since there was no broom and dust pan, we bought one of each and left them there. I was shocked that the owner didn't provide those! So much sand in the condo, and no way to keep it under control was unacceptable to me! Otherwise, it was great! We loved the beach, watching the waves from the balcony and the ease of watching the parasailing. We recommend parasailing and the dolphin cruise, which was well done by the crew adding a few extra surprise experiences!

    Beach was awesome, room was average at best. Master bed needs replaced, basically sleeping directly on springs. Dresser in main bedroom nearly pointless with busted drawers. 2nd bedroom advertised as 2 single beds, but upon arrival it was a single full. Thankfully the couch had a pull out. Property had too many rules, security guard was friendly but just too much. He was always right there to question everything you did. Had him knock on the door on day 1 to tell us to get stuff off the balcony rail. Didn't even have anything on the rail. He was determined to prove we did. Turns out it was a different condo. Would not recommend staying here in the future. Too many better options in the area.

    We had an excellent stay over Memorial Day weekend! The condo was everything we could have asked for an more. The location is perfect. The view was gorgeous. Most importantly the condo was clean and well taken care of. I do wish the best were a little softer. And the hot water was scalding hot. Other than that everything was perfect. Would book again in a heartbeat!
