Wonderful 3 BR Near the Beach Updated Nice Furniture Beach Gear & Bike Rentals

The condo is very roomy and well equipped. However, while we were there the toilet in the hall bathroom was broken. We were told at check in on Saturday that it would be repaired on Monday. There was a note taped to the toilet stating the same. It was not fixed or even checked Monday. When we inquired about it we were told they would check and let us know. We also reported that the kitchen light was not working. We were reassured someone would be by to fix it. Late Tuesday afternoon no one had checked the light or toilet. The only lighting in the kitchen was a small table lamp. We had 2 small children sleeping in the other bedrooms with bathrooms which made it very difficult to access a bathroom. Again we were told someone would address both these issue but it was contracted work and difficult to know exactly when it would be resolved. We were also told that there was sufficient lighting in the kitchen. On Wednesday afternoon a plumber came, assessed the problem and said he didn’t know when the repair would be completed. An electrician also came. The electrician returned Thursday to replace the light. The plumbers came late Friday afternoon and replaced the toilet. The property manager never Initiated a call to us unless we messaged him. We were disappointed in the delay in the repairs and and the lack of communication. At no time were we offered any compensation or an apology. The property needed a deep clean. But more importantly the property manager needed to be honest.

Kitchen light did not work - called- no one came out.Had to search for the sliding door poles to lock the doors.Chairs on one balcony very unsafe.Blankets in ottoman never washed - dirty with crumbs all over them.Even with the master switch on some outlets did not work or only one plug would work.Shower door would not slide shut, kept sliding back open.

Property location was good and there was plenty of space. WiFi not working when we checked in but it was fixed within an hour. The light on the kitchen stove did not work. Can’t remember if it was Monday or Tuesday, but the overhead kitchen light stopped working. Called it in and they came to repair. We were not there. The lightbulb over the stove was replaced and a lamp from the living room was out on the kitchen pass thru to provide some light to the kitchen. The next day another person came to check the size to get a part. Never heard anything after that and the light was not fixed before we left. You could work in the kitchen but there were some dark spots. Some dishes and silverware were very dirty. I washed everything before using. The shower doors in one Master Bathroom did not stay closed in either direction so we kept towels on the floor to keep the floor dry. Read somewhere that washers cost 1.00, but dryers were free. Not true. 1.00 for each. Laundry room was right outside the apartment so that was convenient. The condo was spacious, in a good location and quiet. A few tweaks and it would have been perfect!

Our first time in HH. Unit was clean, nice and as expected by pictures. Unit had beach wagon, chairs available in unit but not mentioned on listing. Should be mentioned as I rented but didn’t need to. Only call out otherwise a comfortable unit in good location to beach

We loved the location of the condo. It was the perfect size for the 7 of us. It had everything we needed, except I really wished the washer and dryer were in the condo and not coin operated. The floors needed a good cleaning, and a lot of the outlets didn’t work.

Very Clean and functional! Great location for beach, bike rentals, restaurants and shopping!

Very large condo with comfortable beds and furniture. Convenient to everything with great access to beach directly across the street. Very nice grounds with perfect sized pool. Felt very safe with gated parking lot and code entry into building. The residents of Zanadu were very nice and delightful. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying here last week. Location is perfect, close to Coligany and a short walk to the beach. Condo was clean, loved the pool and tennis courts. Wpuld definitely recommend to others!
