Wonderful 2 Bedroom Condo in the n Desert Breezes Resort.

Clean and tastefully decorated with an amazing location and property. Access to hot jacuzzi heated pool was super nice. Great for two couples or a a group of friends staying. Beds were large and the couch was big enough for sleeping as well. Only minor cons were thin walls and ceilings meant that we could hear the neighbors walking above us. Leaf blowing and lawn mowing in the morning also woke us up a couple times.

Came for world team tennis at Indian Wells Center just down the street so it was an ideal location. Everything was great. Wish the pools and hot tubs were available in the evening for a late soak. More than one garbage bag would have been nice, other than that it was perfect.

We were in town for the Indian Wells Ironman 70.3. The location was ideal and the condo was perfect. We had never been to the area and are looking forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our stay and this was the perfect size for 2 couples. Easy walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Center.

Great location. Condo was extremely nice. Nice quiet neighborhood, Ground were well kept, Mora and family were always available to resolve any problems.

Great condo! Mora greeted us with the keys and gave us a little tour. She was extremely responsive via text if we had questions. The condo is exactly as depicted in the photos and we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The condo is located within a short walk between 2 different pools(gas grill located at the smaller pool) and just across the street from the Indian Wells Tennis complex. If you like to walk (1 mile +), 19th Hole, Marios, Beer Hunter, La Quinta Baking Co, Louisa's are all great choices. Mora....thanks for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Loved the location and having outdoor access directly to the unit. Close to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Quiet and well appointed.

I usually hate writing reviews, but I am very happy to write this review for Mora and her Desert Breeze property. This condo was exceptional in every way. The location was great, the beds were very comfortable, and the rest of the furnishings were equally nice. My wife and I spent our anniversary at Mora's place in Palm Desert and had a great time. It is walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and the Desert Breeze property was really great. The pools (yes more than one) and the tennis courts were all within a very short walk and the property had a nice walking path that we used every day of our visit. Downtown Palm Desert and great restaurant choices are just a short 5-8 minute drive from the property straight up Fred Waring drive. Palm Springs is about 15-20 minutes away and is fun for walking and checking out the tourist shops. The weather in Palm Desert was warm during our stay, but we still enjoyed the outside sitting area and had a couple of meals out there. My wife and I were wondering if we had any neighbors and noticed that next door there were pool toys and such on the patio that indicated some children were staying with parents next door - this was important as we did not hear them at all. If we had not seen the toys we would have assumed that the next door unit was empty, but apparently the walls are very well sound proofed which was very nice. We brought our own tennis rackets but were pleasantly surprised to find some rackets along with some pool toys in the bedroom closet - so if you forget your rackets or are new to tennis and just want to do some casual hitting, the condo is equipped with everything you need. Some food places that we enjoyed include In n Out which is just 2-3 miles away in Indian Wells, the Beer Hunter which is a casual sports pub about a mile away, and Armando's in Palm Desert that is great Mexican food. My wife and I have stayed at several VRBO and other rental properties while travelling and Mora's is our new #1 favorite. We highly recommend this property and we are certain we will return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Being greeted by Mora upon arrival was very nice. She made us feel right at home. There was plenty of space for the four of us and it was especially nice not having to pack beach towels for the pool. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit the Desert again!
