Stayed Aug 28, 2025This is the perfect location for an overnight if your planning on taking the Alaskan Railroad to Seward in the morning. The station is downhill from this property so it was easy to walk with two bags each.Plus 49th State Brewery is down the street with a great atmosphere and beer selection.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024Very clean and convenient apartment located in central Anchorage. Shopping amenities and restaurants can easily be reached by walking. Host was very nice and helpful. Would definetly recommend this place for a stay in Anchorage. However, information provided by booking platform (VRBO / FeWo-direkt) is irrititaing and provided links leading to nowhere or error messages. Summary: location and host - perfect, booking platform - to be improved.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024This condo was perfect for our three night stay in Anchorage. Walking distance from the train station, and in an area with plenty of great places to eat (we love F Street Station). It was cute, clean, and comfortable, and our host was easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again.
