Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base! This 2-bedroom + loft, 3-bath condominium sleeps up to 8 and puts you in town near shops, restaurants, the winter shuttle to Eagle Lodge, and year-round fun.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly condo designed for easy mountain getaways. The main living area features a large plush sectional, a fireplace for cozy evenings after the slopes, a 40 TV with DVD player, and high-speed internet. Slide openthe balcony doors for fresh alpine air, then fire up the BBQ for dinner at home.

The full kitchen is stocked with the basics you need, including a slow cooker, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, and pans. Gather for meals at the dining table for 8, with room for 2 more at the breakfast bar. An in-unit washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays.



When it’s time to unwind, head to the community hot tub and sauna (open year-round). In the summer months, enjoy the communal pool and BBQ stations. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the outdoor lot.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This home has stairs (see photos).

• Parking: Limited to 2 vehicles in the outdoor lot.

• Community amenities: Pool and communal BBQ stations are open during summer only. The hot tub and sauna are open year-round.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pets: No pets are allowed at this home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting Around:

Location logistics: You’ll be in town and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. In winter, the Green Line shuttle services Eagle Lodge and The Village. Parks, hiking/biking trails, and Sierra Star Golf (seasonal) are a short drive away.
