Top floor condo with sweeping views of the ski mountain, downtown and the Steamboat valley. Winsome is the perfect description, small but complete.
The floorplan is efficiently laidout with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. Our one bedroom condo is perfect for 2 people.

Recently remodeled, it is well appointed and has all the amenities needed. High speed WiFi. The living room has large windows on 2 sides. The kitchen comes equipped with a full compliment ofcooking essentials. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with the window looking up to Thunderhead gondola.

Except for a small owner's closet, guests can use the entire condo. There are coin operated washers and dryers on the main floor of the building. 2 parking lots for ample parking. We recommend using the upper lot to minimize the stairs to 1 flight.

Our condo is perfect for Steamboat guests wanting to be outside exploring. A comfortable place to base your adventures from. A car is helpful but if you prefer, the free bus is a 1/3 mile.
