Stayed Oct 3, 2025The room was fine and the bed comfortable. The towels were plentiful and plush. There was no mat for outside the shower but we did find an old beach towel to use for a mat. The coffee maker was a plus since I enjoy drinking coffee in the morning on a balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. Here’s where it turns south for me. Although the listing mentioned a balcony, there wasn’t one and the only thing I heard Saturday morning was the sound of a circular saw in an adjacent room starting at 8 am. I would not have booked this stay if I had known there was no balcony or if there was mention of the construction. This was not construction in the next building although that was going on also. It was on the other side of the bedroom wall which allowed me to hear their radio and conversation along with the saw. The resort was pleasant, not overly crowded and the walk to the beach was easy. The pool was nice and the hot tub worked Friday night but Saturday it didn’t get warm. I appreciate transparency in a listing and passed up several that were directly on the beach for the two things that made me give this a mediocre rating, the lack of a balcony and no mention of the construction that was going on. Other than that it was clean, comfortable and safe.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024We were able to find this property on short notice after an evacuation notice from Milton. We loved everything about it, from the room to the grounds its located on. The property management group (Gary grom Southern Luxury Rentals) was amazing to work with. We will returning to this property in the future.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024I felt like the description was not on target. It stated there was a balcony and all we had was fixed windows and a rooftop to look at. We had to go to the store for the necessities upon arrival (toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent). The laundry detergent dispenser on the parking level did not work (lost a few bucks) to find out. I felt like we could of had more than 3 towels and wash cloths since, we were staying for a week. Without a balcony we only had the bathroom to keep wet beach towels and swimsuits. Since, there was no dishwasher we had to hand wash before leaving. The exit instructions informed to put dirty dishes in dishwasher which we did not have. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024This condo was very cute. Super clean as well. It is small but the perfect size for a long weekend for my family of 3. Would definitely stay here again. Great location and easy beach access
