Windward Pointe 605 by Liquid Life

We loved the large decking area to just sit and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The indoor pool and hot tub area came in very handy on a rainy day to keep the kids occupied and the adults relaxing! It was so much fun watching the grandchildren (and the big guys too) enjoying a beautiful day at the beach. The bunk room was perfect for the grandchildren and it was nice that the adults all had a bedroom. We did need to go to the store for food, drinks and coffee. We drove down to Orange Beach from Iowa bringing luggage and supplies while everyone else flew in. It will be so nice to have the flight from Des Moines to Gulf Shores starting in October. We just missed that! But will probably make us do more trips down!

In desperate need of updates and repairs. It felt that the pictures posted of this property were either done by a very good professional, or heavily edited. First thing we noticed was that all the carpet and upholstery was stained and dirty and probably hadnt been deeply cleaned in a long time. Next issue we ran into was several light fixtures not working, we also found that many outlets partially worked, or didnt work at all. Entering one of the main bedrooms we had found the leather head board had been damaged and scratched up by a previous guest. We reported some of these issues and it seemed management was unaware of them prior to our reporting. Im not sure how a badly damaged headboard wasnt noticed prior to new guests. Both main rooms had very bad patch work done on the bathtubs. The microwave is rusting, the kitchen sink faucet needed to be repaired during our stay, and the ice maker didnt work. On a good note, the space was large enough for our 9 member group. The condo has beautiful views of the beach. The potential is there for this to be a high quality place to stay, unfortunately based on our stay its not worth the price. I wouldnt stay there again unless the space was repaired and updated.

Location, function, and layout was amazing for 10 people. Just beware that nothing is at condo not even salt and pepper-what they say provided is all that is there. The property needs a lot of TLC with cosmetic issues: flickering lights , plugs that wouldn’t hold plugs, and not great patching of one shower. Very functional and amazing view and patio. I would stay again

The bath tub in one bathroom had a horrible looking patch job, it looked unfinished and dirty. We had an issue with a faucet that was fixed quickly. We also had an issue with the dishwasher, it quit working, we called to report it, no one showed to repair it. About 18 hours later we called back about the dishwasher they apologized said someone would be right over. 20 hours later still no dishwasher repair called again was told again someone would come by. After no repair and three days of handwashing dishes for 13 people, we found the manual for the dishwasher and had to repair it ourselves. The place could be really super nice with a few necessary repairs completed. It is very spacious and well stocked in the kitchen. Staff in the office were very nice, maintenance needs to be more efficient.

Great view from this beautiful balcony. Spent every night here during our trip. Great space with lots of room, just needs a few updates around the condo and more dish towels.

Loved the condo, very spacious! Would only suggest labeling remotes and better guidance with TV or switch to smart TV’s. But other than that we loved our stay at your beautiful condo! Thank you for sharing!

Our stay was absolutely exceptional—if we could give more than 5 stars, we would!Here’s what made it so unforgettable:1.The Stunning Location: This corner unit on the eighth floor offered breathtaking views. With windows facing both the Gulf and the western horizon, we enjoyed the beauty of the water and incredible sunsets every evening.2.Perfect Layout for Our Group: The 4-bedroom setup was ideal for our group of seven. Three king bedrooms and a double room gave everyone plenty of space and privacy, especially with each room having its own bathroom.3.Spotlessly Clean and Well-Furnished: The condo was immaculate and felt like new. The furniture was thoughtfully chosen, perfectly complementing the style and functionality of the space.4.The Wraparound Balcony: This was the highlight for us! The panoramic views were spectacular—we could see miles of beach in both directions, as well as the city skyline stretching out before us.If we ever decide to purchase a condo in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, this would be our dream home!

There was construction and maintenance going on at the property. We were told this prior but was assured it would impact nothing but the balcony which was ok with us. Upon arrival, the unit was in complete disarray, nasty patio furniture was stacked all inside the condo and there was cardboard taped all over the floor. Unit was completely unlivable. Fortunately, the managing condo rental agency was able to relocate us to another condo in the area but we rented a 5 bedroom and were moved to a 4 bedroom. Can't say enough good about Liquid Life rentals for their expedient actions to remedy a potentially terrible situation.

This place was amazing! A few things had been vandalized by writing on them or not cleaned well,but overal excellent! issuebut overall excellent!

We had the most amazing time. This condo is by far the best one I’ve stayed in and we have been to the Alabama coast many times. We will definitely stay here again very soon I hope!!

My group absolutely loved this condo! The layout made everyone feel like they had their own space and the wrap around balcony had amazing views of the beach. Would 100 percent recommend this place and will definitely plan to return!

We had 9 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant. It was the perfect amount of space for us! Easy walk to the beach! AC did go out and they were able to have someone out within the time we did family photos to have it fixed. Would definitely recommended staying here !
