    It rained the whole time we were there so that was a bummer! We will definitely be back when the weather is nicer as the beach was beautiful. The property was smaller than expected but worked fine for our family. The photos are definitely not updated and lighting made it seem much nicer than it actually is. Rugs looked very old and dirty, the walls in the living room were damaged and beat up, the living room clock doesn't work. Beds were fine and overall pretty clean but the property is a little bit old and outdated. The bathroom pull handle wasn't even screwed on but I sent a message and someone came to fix it right away. Overall it was fine for 2.5 days but I would've booked something newer and nicer but this was our first time visiting Kiawah Island.

    Hi- We had a great stay here in March for Spring Break with 2 adults and 2 kids. Check in process and all the pre check-in information shared was perfect. The location of this unit is ideal, and we had everything we needed- kitchen tools, laundry, towels and even some beach gear which was so appreciated. The only complaint is that the unit desperately needs some maintenance. The sofa and chairs in the living room are filthy and worn down. The chairs are rubbing against the wall causing paint to chip off on the floor. Most walls had scuffs and dings. We did find the primary king upstairs has no closet which was inconvenient. The downstairs king would be better suited but the TV was in upstairs bedroom. Thanks to Sweetgrass for recommendations.

    My family loved this property! Clean, great layout, and the kitchen was actually well stocked. Knives were sharp, nice pots and pans to cook with, and some excellent cookware. Stay here if you plan to cook while you’re at the beach. The room at the very top did run warm and was difficult to cool off. Other than that one room, the propert was great and beach view is unbeatable!

    Great for a family visit but not for a work trip. Expected it to be a little more updated. Downstairs was great. But no ac upstairs just fyi. Bathrooms were very clean so that was nice.

    We appreciated the most the location of this condo where we enjoyed the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Nearby FreshFields Village was very convenient with grocery, restaurants and shops. Biking trails and property in general were well kept. The unit was very clean even down to the baseboards. Our only recommendation is some maintenance and upkeep of the unit due to expected wear and tear. Our ice maker did not work, light bulbs under the cabinets were burnt out or not working, the fan in the second floor bathroom did not work, dry wall behind the living room chairs were cracked (probably from people leaning back or pushing back into the wall), and one of the living room chairs needed repair to the upholstery to the right arm (got scratched by it). Overall it was a wonderful stay, and we would stay there again.
